Postalytics ability to get direct mail out the door in two days, synchronize with email campaigns, and directly update client records in Salesforce is great!

Our company spent a lot of time looking for a direct mailing company. The most important feature we were looking for was the ability to track QR code scans. Postalytics is one of the only companies that offers this feature. The data we are able to get is invaluable when it comes to our marketing! Their prices are very competitive and the quality of their printing is superb. The support team is very helpful with whatever you need. You are able to build your templates "offline" and upload them which is very useful and easy.
Sometimes the website runs slow and lags. Occasionally I will run into issues when trying to delete assets or campaigns. Having the ability to search lists by address would be a nice feature. The internal template design system is subpar.
We are able to market to potential sellers in the area with high-quality postcards and track how well our campaigns are doing with PURLs and trackable QR Codes, all while paying very competitive prices on printing and mailing!
The tracking of the status of every mail piece that gets sent out to my list. Also, knowing that I know only pay for the verified addresses that are delivered. Great product!

Just how easy it is to create direct mail campaigns now. We can access the postcard editor right from our automation system, and even use triggers and automated workflows with direct mail now which is transformational.
Haven't found anything yet. Hard to criticize a system that has shown such a big return on investment for us!
This was a really great solution for our business model. I have no problem recommending Postalytics to companies looking to incorporate direct mail into their marketing efforts.
The biggest thing is we needed to find a way to get through the noise and get our message in front of our targets. Postalytics helped us do that - and then some. Using Postalytics direct mail automation, we were able to create a number of really promising sales opportunities with companies we hadn't been able to get in front of.
We have made great use of Postalytics' ability to integrate with Salesforce. We trigger direct mail events based on criteria on our records and track the success and deliverability of that direct mailing without having to leave the Salesforce environment. We can automate and track mailings on mass and have created a simplified business process for what would be an otherwise time-consuming function.
Being able to launch a Postalytic event off of a Custom Salesforce object rather than just the Contact or Lead would be useful, but this is a small limitation to work around.
Postalytics allows us to automatically send direct mail to clients faster than if we were to manually draft and mail the message or set up a mail merge function.
It's simple to use, and the ability to insert variable tags for personalization is great, as is the out-of-the-box Salesforce integration. The ability to add personalized URLs and QR codes is also great.
The UI is a little clunky at times, and you do trade off on the print quality with digital printing (versus more traditional - and expensive - offset). Probably not great for premium brands.
It has allowed us to in-house some of our DM program.
Love that I can send direct mail without minimums. The builder tool is easy to use and it has great analytics. They were even able to get a mailing list for me through one of their vendors!
It would be the ability to implement a drip campaign when you are not using a CRM like HubSpot. I would like to be able to load a list into the system and use that as the trigger but currently, you can only do it with a CRM integration. Also, while the list we uploaded for mailing was supposed to get scrubbed, we got a lot of mailers back that seemed like they should have been scrubbed out prior to being sent.
Postalytics is definitely much more useful for people who have something like Hubspot integrated. We are moving in that direction but are not there yet.
Looking to be able to reach out to customers using mail when we do not have email but have in the past been limited by monthly minimums at our mail house. Postalytics will be able to give us the ability to be a lot more personal in our communications because we can direct mail to individuals and not only to groups.

The best thing about the platform is that is solved a mailing issue that I was having which was expensive and time-consuming. The integration with the CRM was the ease of use and implementation that I was looking for.
The functionality of the product is excellent, yet I find that I have trouble recognizing some of the campaigns I have created. I am not on the platform every day, and once I find the right place to be, then I have no issues. Relatively speaking, super minor issue on my part.
I was exporting lists of contacts, conducting a mail merge, printing and preparing the mailers, and then going to the post office to buy postage. This solution has allowed me to draft my letter, and through an integration, add a tag to my contacts in my CRM, which adds them to a particular campaign, and the mailer is prepped and sent to them, along with unique tracking IDs per piece. So I can measure my ROI better than I could even imagine using mail.
