The ability to incude company swag, other options, and a massive variety of global gift cards is huge.
I've had issues doing batch uploads of contacts to send gift cards to, duplicating individuals in the systems, etc.
Postal makes it easy for me to have calls with customers and quickly send them a gift card in their local currency as a thank you.
