This application has completely transformed the way we manage HR and PMS tasks, making us more efficient. Chat-interface is the only interface for the entire product. This makes the platform intuitive and easy to navigate. The performance management and feedback module has made it possible for us to set, cascade, track, and continuously evaluate performance goals with incredible ease. Having Core HR, Analytics and PMS in one platform improved our approach to interacting with employees. I would advise any organisation looking for a solution to adopt it immediately
It would be great if the company can also focus on ATS and onboarding related modules.
What problems is Possibleworks solving and how is that benefitting you?
Traditional HRIS is quite cumbersome. PW improves this by redenominating all HR and performance workflows into one place. It kind of acts as a Layer Zero & SSO for all of our other HR apps. Normally, HR apps’ usage dips heavily a few months after we introduce them into the company. This is especially true for PMS, and other HCM apps. We saw an increase in usage for these modules due to PW’s app interface.
We had Employee Engagement, it was great to have opportunity to work with them; working with a different team and in different work environment are constantly progressing and learning.
The app is single screen and comes with a lot of chat-like actions, which I really liked as it made all the implemented workflows quite accessible. The app is also super agile in terms of goal setting (automated copying of previous goals as drafts for the current month, bulk cascading options). Goal lengths (monthly goals, weekly initiatives) made it quite convenient for our workflows.
Currently focussed on PMS and Feedback. Core HR and HRIS features are still evolving
The application has helped convert our yearly performance review process into a continuous one. It has helped improve communication regarding yearly goals between employees and managers. Ease of giving feedback to multiple reportees in one go has improved the success and adoption rate of the feedback module.
The app is quite easy to use, we didn’t need any extra training for the team. The setup was pretty quick, literally just a few hours. It’s a comparatively new project I believe, so the support team is prompt and very receptive to feedback and requests.

The app creates an OKR based system for you to create and cascade company wide objectives and key results to everyone in the company. I felt it was pretty great as everyone can transparently see what we are driving towards and make better decisions on how they can contribute. The performance tracking is continuous and objective. It gave us really useful metrics for the performance review that didn’t have any latency or recency effects. The app also automates the year-end processes, ratings, and normalisations. It’s a great improvement from our manual processes with spreadsheets.
We are a B2B corporate gifting outfit and have a lot of our workforce in field operations. We liked PossibleWorks over a bunch of other solutions we checked out because of the chat interface and mobile application.
The chat interface has made it extremely easy for us to establish performance targets and monitor progress regularly on our mobile devices. Even our operations staff, who may not be very proficient with technology, found it simple to add goal updates due to the user-friendly nature of the chat interface.
The analytics are visible directly in the chat screens and very easy to understand. So, employees always know easily how they are doing.
We don’t have any issues now, but I think as we get bigger, we’ll need more features beyond PMS. So, we’ll have to buy other apps for that.
Setting sales and operation targets and tracking them in a streamlined way. This has reduced a lot of manual work for us.

The single screen chat UI is probably the major difference and highlight when compared to other PMS and HR tech apps in general. It makes a lot of sense and is very intuitive. PossibleWorks also has great people analytics baked into the chat UI and can be viewed as dashboards.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a single point solution for PMS that is very deep in thought and customisation.
It would be great if they can expand the application beyond just PMS and feedback, either through integrations or building their own solutions for other HR tech requirements like Core HR, R&R, etc.
Engagement: Chat UI increased number of perf interactions between our employees because of its ease. It also improved the effectiveness of engagement tools like pulse surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
Transparency: All the metrics are transparent and objective. It helped us create an open environment for our employees with access to their goals, performance reviews, and learning and development plans, helping them to understand how their work contributes to the organization's goals and success.

The initial onboarding is much easier compared to other tools we've tried. Also, the chat based communication and ease of cascading objectives are fantastic value adds.
Would love to see deeper insights on the dashboard and as well as further simplications to the feedback module.

The system we have had the opportunity to implement and use is impressive. We were looking for a new HRIS system to replace our legacy systems and improve our data management.
One of the key strengths of this light-weight HRIS system is its user-friendliness. It has a single screen so it was easy to navigate and learn. This allowed us to get up and running quickly, without requiring a lot of time or IT support. The screen already has few performance analytics always visible which was a good touch.
Another great feature is its reporting capabilities. The system offers a range of pre-built reports, and the ability to create custom reports based on specific data fields.
The current version doesn’t have a 9-box grid and normalization.
The system has helped boost the efficiency of our human resources department, by streamlining processes with it’s easy to use platform.
