"posIPOS is a workhorse"

What do you like best about posIPOS?

Very little downtime which reduces lost sales and improves guest/staff satisfaction. The reporting is solid.

What do you dislike about posIPOS?

Some of the newer POS companies can better support pay at the table or kiosk functionality which can reduce labor in the stores.

Recommendations to others considering posIPOS:

Look carefully at the expectations of your POS as there are more options that provide more flexibility.

What problems is posIPOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

POSi can handle online ordering as well as on-premises with consistent performance across many units. The partnership with Shift4 is a benefit to our credit card processing.

There's not really anything negative I would say about this software; it works pretty well for our needs.
