Needed help to migrate my pop-up when I changed my email on Shopify. Other than that, the app is great.

Friendly, real time customer service. They guide you through everything. It's very intuitive and no need to know code to use.

What do you dislike about Poptin?

It's a bit clunky still. The user interface in the editing.

"Simple yet powerful pop-up tool for a great price"

What do you like best about Poptin?

I like how quick it is to spin up and test new pop-ups on our site. There's so many possibilities and making the result look great is as easy as using Powerpoint. You can also get extremely specific on who and when to target people.

What do you dislike about Poptin?

There were a few things which weren't 100% clear at the start (when to use a mobile version and when not etc.) but the support very promptly helped me out, even during the weekend (but I might have been lucky, I don't know!).

If your stuck anywhere, check out their resources or contact support immediately. They're both great.

I target specific visitors of our website and blog with specific offers, like a webinar or a lead magnet, to maximize conversion.

What do you like best about Poptin?

Out of all the services for popups and email sign up boxes I've tried, Poptin was by far the easist and most intuitive to use. It wasn't even close.

What do you dislike about Poptin?

At this time, conditional leads are not natively built in Poptin so there wasn't an easy solution to have users sign up for different email groups.

Poptin makes it very easy to design and implement a popup. There are many options for the design and all easy to use.
