I loved PolyAi for its exceptional capability to automate client calls.Their customer support is commendable. The interface is simple and very user friendly. We have been able to integrate it with various software systems. Provides human like voice that is of the highest quality imaginable. Certainly avoids a robot like voice. The wide array of features as an AI tool makes PolyAi an amazing tool to use.
There was very little to find fault with in my experience. Everything proceeded exceptionally smoothly and the team provided excellent support. If I had to mention a minor thing, it would be the inclusion of voice analytics to enchance our ability to analyze customer requests to the voice assistant. Additionally while this is not a significant concern some complex scenarios may pose slight challenges for PolyAi.

Their customer driven chatbot can provide responses to customer inquiries with a commendable level of accuracy. Their customer support is also good. I am using poly ai frequently. Apart from that Poly ai also have lots of features to use as an AI tool. Also it's very easy to integrate.
Sometimes the app is working slow and it will take time to initiate any command.

The assistant itself is lifelike and constantly learning. The time saving it allows our staff onsite is the real value add. In comparison, competitor offerings seem robotic make customers feel like they are not being cared for.
Only downside is the public's acceptance of a voice assistant doing the job. Those not familiar with dealing with 'AI' tend to think of the assistant as rude although all it does is follow the script and adjust.
PolyAI are continuously training the voice assistant to recognise differing accents. This means the assistant is able to accomodate the customer and means fewer calls being routed to our sites, freeing up their time for day to day operations.
The quality of the voice recognition is exceptional. It deals with digressions, stutters and ambiguity much better than the alternatives - it is more human-like than other systems.
No downsides - great product, and a helpful, intelligent team who helped us get the best out of the product.
