nothing its a very simple tool. Simplicity at it core and i love its simplicity

we have a weekly schedule poll to plan our office days. we add a poll every friday to know who will be in on what day. that according to me is quit handy and doesnt a lot of informal communication without initiating any synconous communication and helps us to plan our week.

The slack integration is super awesome and very easy to use and integration is super awesome

I can't think of a downside. The customization requires trying a few options, but it can be figured out in 5 mins. I often send the poll to myself first to ensure it comes out as I want.
