What do you like best about PoliteMail?
Easy messaging with dynamic links, making it easy for my mass communications for events! I love using unique data tags to import employee info.

Sometimes it glitches and it slows my outlook down.

Politemail Has Been a Dream
What do you like best about PoliteMail?
Our company has been using Politemail since about 2018 and since then, it has been an absolute dream. This tool allows us to track emails, create campaigns, update send lists, and review metrics all seamlessly through Outlook.
What do you dislike about PoliteMail?
Their customer support is fantastic. Whenever there is a hiccup they are on the ball and have it up and running as a fast as possible.

I cannot recommend this product and company enough.

What do you like best about PoliteMail?
It's easy to access templates you've created and generate metrics for the emails distributed, and the ability to upload distribution lists. When I had an issue after converting to O365, I received quick response to address the problem as well as throrough support and the issue was quickly identified with a recommend course of action to resolve the problem.

the limitation on template visibility to 1000 and email sent cannot be recalled

A great communication tool
What do you like best about PoliteMail?
I like being able to track email metircs and organize my emails. It's a great tool to see how each email is viewed and engaged across our lines of businesses.
What do you dislike about PoliteMail?
Integration updates have caused for the transition to not be as smooth.

Quick Turn Around on Customer Service
What do you like best about PoliteMail?
I had a question about logging into Polite mail and the customer service rep emailed me back immediately allowing me to waste no downtime. They also checked in on me a few days later to make sure i was able to log in.
What do you dislike about PoliteMail?
I havent seen any downsides yet. However i believe i may have a better annswer once ive created a template and published my first politemail letter.
What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have solved my questions on logging in very quickly and overall getting started using the platform.

What do you like best about PoliteMail?
I found the onboarding process used by Politemail to be beneficial to a better production experience for the team. The tool is also clean and simple, and connecting directly into Outlook is a bonus.
What do you dislike about PoliteMail?
I think moving sections in the templates could be easy to manage if you want to move something from the top to bottom it takes some time to do it

What do you like best about PoliteMail?
The tool is easy to use and offers a user-friendly interface to navigate through the tool, it helps use customised templates and track emails in an effective way
What do you dislike about PoliteMail?
There is no such downside for now as we are finding this tool very helpful which makes our communication journey much more easier with its tracking functionality

PoliteMail is great.
What do you like best about PoliteMail?
It allows me to be able to create my weekly emails with different templates that can be sent and tracked to thousands of people.

Sometimes it crashes or has to be reset.

PoliteMail its a great email tracking tool for massive notifications and communication campaigns.
What do you like best about PoliteMail?
That has the capability of checking how effective email campaigns are; in addition to Sycnronim component, we can create Distribution Lists based on information from our HR system.
What do you dislike about PoliteMail?
Nothing, the corporate communications team loves it; I think it's a great tool and the new version offers the alternative to using a Desktop client or web client on the cloud.

Massive communication tracking and statistics to see their effectiveness, taking advantage of HR data using Syncronim for specific distribution lists.

PoliteMail is everything we've been looking for! Simple and streamlined way to track email metrics
What do you like best about PoliteMail?
Love how easy it is to turn PoliteMail on. It's very intuitive and user-friendly. This platform enables my organization to track open and click-though rates to evaluate communications success over time.
What do you dislike about PoliteMail?
I've had trouble sending out large emails (1 MB+). When I click send, nothing happens. Not knowing if an email was actually sent or not creates anxiety because we definitely do not want to send out multiple versions.

We needed a way to track email success over time and PoliteMail is the perfect solution. Now we can make data-driven decisions and leverage this information to present to leadership/executives.
