It doesn't support javascript so you can't embed and tracking codes or format numbers without having to reach out to their custom development team for an extra charge.

The team are always on hand to help and we found them very responsive and very patient. The interface is straightforward, once you get the hang of it. We felt appreciated and valued as customers.

The number of options available means that initial onboarding can feel daunting. But their customer service team is very helpful and friendly and held our hands throughout. So whilst it is daunting, it is worth persevering.

It allowed us to serve very complex and involved surveys to prospective clients, who then received a highly personalised report that had over 90 different permutations. Only Pointerpro could provide the necessary level of sophistication.

I like the customizability of the tool, both in terms of the function and the aesthetics of the surveys. It allows us to shape it exactly how we want. I don't know of another tool with the same level of detail and adaptability.

The most difficult aspect of PointerPro is the learning curve to designing the surveys. The incredible power of the tool comes with a lot to learn in order to maximize one's use of it.

We needed to send a series of learning quizzes to our employees (we called then Know Your Product) with a leaderboard to motivate use.

I have the ReportR membership and I have been using it daily for nearly a year. Designing questionnaires, writing formulas, creating outcomes have all been very easy and intuitive.

A number of tests that have been administered using paper/pen are now up online thanks to Survey Anyplace, accessed through a personalized link or QR code.

Survey Anyplace offered us the ability to have a survey, combined with a quiz that returned personalised outcomes - something that we couldn't find in any other tool. It's very easy to use, intuitive and the support was excellent - would often get responses within 5 minutes. No tweak or change to the product was too much and always accommodated.

If subscribing for a short term, it's a bit expensive so definitely better to go for a longer-term subscription.

I happened upon Survey Anyplace and had never heard of it prior to my Google results. The service from this company was great. From on-boarding, to report data results, and questionnaire format - the support has been astounding. I would highly recommend and the price point is great for small and mid-sized firms as well.

Maybe a more in-depth logic/equation tutorial would be helpful.
