Ease of use. Quick point of care action. Documentation is easy however can be repetitive at times. Integration of lab work is wonderful and it has quick access to profile of patient

Documentation can be a bit repetitive and time consuming clicking buttons. It can be difficult at times to lose info if you accidentally get off of the screen. Still love it!

It's an easy platform to learn and teach. Very thorough.

Point of care ease. It's HPI section is nice and the review of systems thorough. The plan at the bottom is helpful. Ties together into a solid note. I've found that I can pull labs up at the point of care with ease Easy to use.

I love having all my resident information at my hands. You don't have to shuffle through charts and piles of paper.

Only dislike is when it down due to technological problems.

Using PCC has decreased costs in paper, ink, and filing costs. It has made time management much easier and has created a more productive day.

I really like how e-interact walks a nurse thru the big picture of the symptoms and makes them look at the big picture to explain in greater detail to the physician or receiving hospital to provide quality care

There are actually too many ways for orders to be put in, making it difficult to find all the things needed sometimes.

I like the graphical chart to view the Utilization reports. Most of the department heads liked the visual chart to view where the facility currently at.

Nothing so far. We just want PCC to continue to improve what they have.

The Re hospitalization. We're able to find the root cause of transfer and solve those areas to prevent future issues.

Customer service is also exceptional and easy to work with if the team needs assistance.

Reports from PointClickCare are not easy to export to Microsoft Excel. There is also no feature to void certain data entry such as notes. Once entered, no changes can be made.

PointClickCare is reliable and will improve your client care management.
