For any project manager or leader, Podio helps you to keep track of the daily events of the project and not miss a thing.

CONS: Once you delete something, you cannot go back and retrieve it. At times, you can delete something by mistake and if you want to see the previous report, this tool does not provide such feature. It can thus be frustrating and inconvenient on that part.
