Pocomos is AWESOME!
What do you like best about Pocomos?
How friendly the staff is at helping me learn the software, answer questions, or fix the mistakes that I make. I also really like the software, that it is specifically designed for pest control and NOT the trades.
What do you dislike about Pocomos?
That it isn’t as animated with sending out past due invoices
Recommendations to others considering Pocomos?
Understand the breadth of its capabilities.
What problems is Pocomos solving and how is that benefiting you?
Routing, CRM, keeping track of AR/AP, inventory, and services in general.

What do you like best about Pocomos?
Routing capabilities without extra charges... Other software packages do similar, but nickel & Dime you to death... Pocomos really thought this through, and has delivered a great functioning software program.
What do you dislike about Pocomos?
I"m impatiently waiting for them to release their online scheduling feature... then I can drop the other one I am using...

try it... you be surprise ... tons of bang for the buck
What problems is Pocomos solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their onboarding efforts were greatly appreciated... that is a nerve wracking period but they put all hands on deck and made it easier than I expected.

Ease of use. The mapping and that it track everything.
What do you dislike about Pocomos?
That there’s not a place to do proposals only and where it would be in a separate file in the system.

Use this software. It works and it is affordable.

What do you like best about Pocomos?
We have no regrets partnering with Pocomos for our pest control needs. They are quick to answer questions and provide help.
What do you dislike about Pocomos?
Technology is not a strength of mine. So, it takes time for someone of my skill level to get comfortable with a new program. The Team at Pocomos has been great to help increase my skill.
What problems is Pocomos solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have experienced several benefits with Pocomos. First, we have created forms which our State legally requires. Second, we are able to communicate with our customers in a variety of ways with Pocomos- email, text, send invoices, and receive payments. This second feature is a great benefit to a small business owner.

Better and cheaper than the other PC softwares
What do you like best about Pocomos?
Quick support when I need it. Very nice and friendly folks.
What do you dislike about Pocomos?
Always making sure to not go over my customer limits so I won't incur more charges.

Pocomos need to work on other integrations to the software (merchant processor), also important tools like the ability to see previous properties reports from technician handheld application.

Amazing!
What do you like best about Pocomos?
They are very quick on getting back to you with any questions or concerns that you have. I have their personal number to reach out to them whenever I need to. They also call and check up and see if there’s anything they can help you with.

Good, slow to update
What do you like best about Pocomos?
I love the user friendliness of the system and how it's used easily on computers and tablets for both CSR and techs.
What do you dislike about Pocomos?
They are slow to update and typically takes your company owner calling to even get them to respond to your issues. They update in the middle of the workday sometimes without notice.
What problems is Pocomos solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pocomos gives us a place for customer accounts and tech routes. Amazing to have it all in one place.
