I loved the client support from PMG. They were always available and response through the whole project live cycle (vendor evaluation, selection, implementation, and post launch).
The biggest issue we had was migrating cases from our prior system provider. We had a lot of prior cases (data) to migrate. PMG admitted they under estimated the difficulty of migrating, user access to migrated cases, and system performance impacts of all this migrated data. However, I still give them credit for a great job. They continued to work on it and addressing the issues until it met our needs for both access and system performance.

PMG's capabilities range from Easy to configure and lauch service catalog to any advanced webdev configuration you could need. If you have the desire to build something, you can probably build it with PMG.
Occasionally Documentation can be out of date. They make up for this with excellenct direct customer service, but it does sometimes limit the ability to self-serve troubleshooting.
The PMG platform is helping us run our business more effectively. We're able to connect data across systems and reduce/eliminate a lot of the manual work that had been done before due to systems not talking to each other. Additionally, we've been able to streamline formerly manual request processes with some smart gudance in forms that reduce churn and speed up service delivery.

The next landscape involves integration with other industry-standard systems, RPA, and in-house build systems to automate manual tasks, streamline key business processes and gain higher ROI.
The new form and app desinger. The rich integration with external technologies like AD, REST API, Service Now, SQL, etc. Developing the business needs is easy, robust, and fast.
While working with a massive amount of data, the report editor response is slow also. If we need to process the same data upfront, it is pretty costly.
