The possibilites with this PIM system are endless and they are far ahead of their time. They even integrated AI in plytix!

The lay out is very clean and easy to use and if you know a thing or 2 about imports, csv files, XML it's very to implement with your webshop or marketplaces.

Customer support is great, always quick with a respons! The amount of features in Plytix are huge, especially the brand portals are very helpful for us.

I use plytix on a daily basis.

They really need a magic list for attributes. Once you're dealing with hundreds of attribrutes updating all feeds or brand portals is too much work.

Storing all product information on 1 place

Im a big fan of the simplicity in the UI/UE. Importing is easy and the asset tool is simple to use. The implemetation team especially Courtney have been amazing.

Some simple things require a few clicks, where more spreadsheet functionality would be helpful, especifically around re naming assets.

Plytix has been a lifesaver for our business. Moving all of our product data out of spreadsheets and into a centralized solution has been such a great help. The ability to create catalogs to send to customers has also changed the way we do business. Creating templates and filters as well as the photo storage truly are some of the greatest features they offer.

Plytix truly is easy to use. We have multiple items with the same identifiers and Plytix is not able to store some of these as system attributes but we have easily worked around that.

We are able to store the most up to date information about the thousands of products that we have with ease. Also being able to assign multiple images to each product has been a lifesaver.

Plytix has been instrumental in organizing our data from our various software platforms into one place. The implementation with Courtney was pain free and she helped answer all my questions as well as provide in-depth answers and best practices for setting our data structure up. Plytix has combined various excel spreadsheets and media files all into one easy to use platform that makes searching and editing the data simple.

What would be most helpful for our use, would be to provide more direct integrations with platforms. Turnkey integrations, similar as you have for Shopify, but for Amazon Seller Central & Ebay. The flat file exports are definitely better then nothing, however, having a fully integrated PIM with direct access to those selling platforms would be so beneficial to our use. Other then that feature, I have no dislikes with Plytix.

Plytix is consolidating all our data into one platform, from product information, vendor information, media files and selling points. It has replaced various spreadsheets, PDF's and media folders into an easy to use platform. Additionally, it holds all our templates to export the data to our software platforms. This is invaluable for editing and updating information easily in bulk across our systems. Since we have started using Plytix, we have seen an increase in product updates/listing creations by over 500%, as well as reduced the time to accomplish this from weeks to days.

The dashboard is very clean and easy to use, a very good platform to maintain data.

The asset dowload speed is a little bit slow sometimes, maybe have something to do with our network.

Completely customizable and easily adapts to my specific needs. No caps on bandwidth for media assets.

Some limitations on outputs for channels and brand pages, however, it seems those are already being looked at for enhancements.

The Plytix PIM is becoming a central source for all data. Complex tasks of managing customer product templates are now easily solved through channels saving us significant time and resources

From the first step, the Plytix team provided hands on training and comprehensive guides, to ensure our implementation was painless as possible. This is our first PIM experience and moving from a collection of Excel documents to a centralized database was so incredibly easy. The learning curve is more of a gentle slope thanks to the clean design/easy of use though whenever a question did come up I had excellent support from the entire team at Plytix. Integration was incredibly easy and our comfort level grows as we use the software daily. As the PIM merges into our daily workflow we can already see the many time saving and organizational benefits. Overall, I could not be happier. Thanks Plytix!

To be honest I have yet to be faced with a downside to using Plytix.

Product Information Management. We had too much product data in too many places which was not being be updated properly.

We work with various vendors who provide spreadhseets of data for their products. Before Plytix it would take about a week or more to add new products from our vendors as we would have to copy and paste information from the spreadheets into our Shopify platform. Now, we have everything mapped and we can upload a spreadsheet in a few hours. We have added over 500 skus in two weeks with Plytix which would have taken us months and months before. Plytix is the greatest asset to our business by far! Onboarding with the support team was amazing! We had mutliple phone calls and Nick walked me through everything!

Some minor things, like I would like to be able to select a checkbox and hold shift and select another checkbox and the rows in between would select automatically. I also wish the images would be a little bigger in the thumbnail.

We can upload new products from our vendors faster than we ever have! Plytix is saving us literally months of time.

The ability to add many attributes but be able to create groups to filter. All the attributes are searchable too. How-to videos to show you exactly how to do something, with ideas on how to use features. Mass updates are very easy too.

The learning curve. We needed to have someone get us started. Once that was complete, it was easy.

I'm able to control completeness for Shopify. Ensures I have all the necessary attributes for listing, and finally enrichment for Google, and other SEO
