I like how easy the platform is to use. It's also incrediby fast. I mostly used the Forms function, which allows you to design a form, share it and collect submissions all in one place. It's also useful for creating documents.

There aren't any features that I dislike. The platform could be a little more design-y, but I also like the streamlined, spartan look — you won't find unnecessary bells and whistles.

I used to use Google Forms, but I prefer Plumsail Forms as it's more customizable and I can easily keep everything in one place. The tool doesn't require intense training and is quite intuitive to learn.

Plumsail forms are simple to use. With addition of some java script you can create complex form. Support from Plumsail support team is so good. I enjoy working on Plumsail forms for our organisation

Multiple users cannot edit the form simultaneously.

Replacing our current Infopath sharepoint forms with Plumsail forms. It is easy to build and looks nice. Our internall staff are happy with the new forms. Frustration with the old forms gone now.

I would like to see additional integrations. Some feedback processes are difficult. I wish it could have more features. Sometimes the integrations can hit a bit of a hiccup.

Its Almost like a Great charm for all Web Developers Like me. Great form builder and form Building software. I really Loved to work with it. Very useful and easy to use.

Their all Things are Good But their support should be improved a little bit. In terms of Account security and Form Designing this is best but their support is quite slow and irresponsive.

Its solved my html form building task. Like now I just use their default form designer and builder and it simple outputs a Normal and short code and just Implement in my sites and it works like a Charm.

I would love to see a video tutorial option. I wish the template builder was easier. I wish it would offer more options to the different types of forms. There are not enough templates for the survey.

I would like more control over editing the PDF files. Sometimes the software runs a bit slow. The single data entry feature needs improvement. I would like more customization options.

Ease of use & flexibility - the form builder is very intuitive and my organisation also makes use of the documents connector in Power Automate to automatically parse .csv files

Genuinely, haven't had any issues with Plumsail so far or any featues that I'd like them to add. Keep up the good work

Intuitive form building for booking systems, and for tracking complex project work

Plumsail forms is an excellent product for SharePoint. WIth the ability to create FULLY customisable business forms, the possibilities are endless! Oh and not to mention the tech support from the team! It is by far the best and most professional! Thanks guys for realeasing such a useful and great product!

I can't think of anything negative as my experience has been positive throughout using their Plumsail Form product!

I wanted to create a SharePoint List dashboard to track the progress of my forms so that administrators have a quick overview of forms that are 'Complete', 'In-Review', 'Rejected' and so on. This functionality is possible using the PnpJS library and also their built in List/Library Control.

Team is exceptionally friendly, helpful and experts in their field.

When you email them for support or submit a post on their community page, they respond within the day, sometimes withing one or two hours.

We've had the most idealistic visions and they always brought them to life.

They have offered us so much guidance.

Never said cannot be done, we don't know, figure this on your own, but were happy to guide us step by step when we asked.

Their marketing/online presence needs to improve as we have spent so many hours trialing so many other systems that fell short of the mark. We wished we came across them sooner.

We're cutting down on the amount of paper we use in our everyday procedures within the company. We no longer have to deal with delays, lost pieces of paper, photos of our filled in forms that are too blurry to understand, or cannot read because we don't understand someone's handwriting.
