The ease of creating flows and studies. Works like a charm!

Nothing that I can think of, it's an awesome product.

We use plotline for NPS and user surveys along with some of the cool features like in-app nudges and PIP.

- Works well with existing data analytics stack

- Fast setup & analysis

- Competitive pricing

- Good set of templates for nudges. Good UI

- while they do have a good library of design components, can potentially give more customisation capabilities and a wider library

- Can integrate basic AB testing across different nudge types and journeys based on a common goal

The outstanding support I have received. The support team is always quick to respond and is truthful in their communications. The platform is also easy to use and has powerful targeting designs available for running in-app campaigns.

No dislikes so far. Super impressed that they continually improve and keep adding new features.

Plotline helps us run in-app campaigns (different kinds of in-app messages, surveys, etc) for a particular user segment. We can target users with granularity and show them different kinds of UI elements all configurable from the Plotline dashboard.

The flexibility to build in-app campaigns. CleverTap, Moengage, and other such tools don’t provide us with the flexibility that Plotline does to run such in-app campaigns.

Some feature requests in the pipeline, but overall been a great tool.

The platform does require some initial handholding, but once you understand how to use it, it becomes really powerful.

All brands are doing push notifications, emails, SMS, but those channels are becoming crowded. We turned to in-app engagement to drive the next level of growth. Using Plotline, we’ve seen very high impact on our target metrics.

It is intuitive and easy to understand. Implementing anything on the plotline is seamless.

The instrumentation seems faulty, and the numbers (or data) on the impact for some of the flows/surveys we run are hard to monitor.

Showing tooltips, running survey is now simpler.

The software is easy to learn and use. The team is accommodating and quick to resolve any issues.

Not enough customisation available to make the designs look more in-line with the brand

Plotline helps us to solve the problem of improving the engagement time on the app. This saves a lot of development effort from our engineering team.

Easy to implement In App nudges and studies for better user engagement and surveys data collection

Nothing much - a small bug here and there but the team is super responsive and gets them fixed in no time.

Helps direct the user to targeted flows providing direction on the app, helps gain valuable insights in case of flow drop-offs
