What do you like best about Plivo?

Their voice and chat apis can be easily and seamlessly integrated. Easy to implement. Good customer support. Have been using it for past 4 months. They provide a good list of options to choose from.

Customer Support plans can be cheaper and more prompt.

Best plug and play Voice API and SMS API.

Faster go to market and can be operational on a single day with IVRs and call routing facilities.

It also offers text to speech conversation and highly competitive rates.

Supervisor access and team lead role based access segregation is required which needs customisation.

What do you like best about Plivo?

while using this platform we felt it is feature-rich, and we love the SMS failure detection and notification feature, reasonable pricing available through Plivo, and the ease of use are amazing.

What do you dislike about Plivo?

Community support is the only thing am missing in this platform. but for a platform that offers a lot, this ain't a big deal. I hope in the long run this will be sorted out.

Running a B2C business with Plivo is Amazing, Plivo is the most scalable, reliable, adaptive, and affordable platform for a customer-first business model. Plivo can meet all the requirements of a B2C business with its loaded features also in our perspective it can also stand up to mark for the B2B business model as well.

What problems is Plivo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We deal with location-based customer care business B2C clients who need fast communication with their customers. The customer delivers feedback and ratings in real-time specifically via SMS, Phone Call, and Web.

speedy, clear, less latent communication and reliability of platform are critical. Integration with all carriers has never been an issue through Plivo.

We solve our extra pain with Plivo and we think our betterment towards customer satisfaction is made easier by Plivo.

We use Plivo to send direct text messages to our customers. Plivo's capabilities solve the problem of the email disconnect (people not checking their email as frequently as text messages). With these direct-to-customer messages - we're able to convey information extremely quickly with ease.

Customer support and API capabilities allow for a lot of customisation.

Nothing particular, there was some issues early on when we were sending major volumes at first but we managed to resolve the issue for IS sends and everything worked after.

What do you like best about Plivo?

I like that they offer call logs and allow you to purchase phone numbers through their API. Plus they provide clear documentation with example requests and responses so you can switch between languages easily.

What do you dislike about Plivo?

Should have a portal for the submission of templates and messages and to track their statuses for us in India.

What do you like best about Plivo?

Plivo continues to develop their platform, addting functionality and improving usablility. For example, 10DLC registration can now be found on our dashboard.

What do you dislike about Plivo?

We have not found a significant downside based on how we are currently using Plivo. As we extend the use of the platform, we anticipate that developing a custom interface and backend integrations will be a challenge. Thankfully, there are many integrators that use Plivo to support their products, so we should have plenty of options outside of custom development.

What problems is Plivo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We currently use Plivo to allow click-to-call from our CRM, which has streamlined our support processes as well as our outbound biz dev efforts.
