Plex community has to be the most helpful tool available from PLEX. I can't say I've come across a more dedicated community engaged in supporting one another.

There isn't enough in depth documentation available for Plex UX modules. From what is available, many of these cover what I would consider higher level information.

Going from classic to UX, there are also several settings/features that have lost functionality.

Plex smart manufacturing is helping me better manage security management. Through UX role based security, it allows me to easily apply actions/permissions to users based on user positions.

It gives a lot of helpful information about the enterprise it is currently deployed for. It has a great UI and a ton of various methods to sort data which is great for analyzing multiple sectors within the organization. Moreover, the data received can be easily customized so that we have only the information that is required currenlty.

I have no issues with Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform and think it was an amazing experience to set this up for a client. It, however, has a learning curve especially for customizing data.

Thanks to their advanced analytics, it helped our client manage their resources in a much better way, thereby cutting costs.

I am able to search for all active/inactive employees.

There's really nothing for me to dislike about plex at the moment.

It is very easy to use. It is very functional.

There is not anything that I dislike about Plex. It has helped us as a company and enabled me to grow in my job.

I think the lot management is incredibly helpful, when paired with the use of SN's it makes it difficult for mistakes to happen. currently we have a terrible time with inventory so this is going to help drastically. one of the deal breakers for us was the PRP for scheduling, we don't have a great method for scheduling currently. we rely on one person and their memory to come up with a schedule that fits with what we have in stock and the orders that are open.

I don't particularly like how some screens are separate but could be one screen in itself to simplify the process. for instance, move containers or split containers when building master units. Using all those screens separetly is time-consuming for one container. Imagine doing that for hundreds at a time.

Plex is solving the communications problem, that benefits us because with great communication comes a smooth process from start to finish. it's when no one communicates properly about where they are with the process that mistakes happen. this means fewer mistakes. fewer mistakes mean a greater profit
