An agile and professional platform for meeting your needs while retaining quality.

PROS: We engaged with Playlyfe using their platform as our engine for gamng. We utilized their service for gamification integration into our e-store. I love how the platform has a balanced mix of versatility and simplicity. The platform itself can support intricate gaming rules without interrupting its code. Their team has passion for their products. I can recall one time when they've spent days concentrating on us --- like we were their product that needed refining.

CONS: Their platform is incredibly robust. However, it would've been plus if they added an engaging UI for building an all-around solution.

"Amazing experience"

What do you like best about Playlyfe Catalyst?

Playlyfe has design us an all brand new game concept for our sales team. They were very agile and at the end I must say it overcame my best expectations. That's what I value on a supplier. The design was amazing and even some small features and tweaks were introduced withoutout being asked for. Support is very responsive also.

What do you dislike about Playlyfe Catalyst?

At first there were some bugs that had to be corrected and tested. But I recognize that was part off our learning curve to this new game design.

Recommendations to others considering Playlyfe Catalyst:

Very easy company to make business with. They will go behind expectations if you explain your needs.

What problems is Playlyfe Catalyst solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to motivate and incentivize the sales team to reach their weekly goals (calls, meetings, proposals). After the first month we have seen a big adherence and these KPIs have growth.

An employee tool for gamifying commutes.

PROS: Playlyfe collaborated with our organization and did a splending job converting our concept into a functionly and nicely designed online game. When the game played out initially, we understood certain features needed changing. Despite the differences in time, Playlyfe responded to our requests quickly for the changes to be made. In the end, players were able to enojoy the design, game graphics, and layout. The game was very polished, has a sleek look, and simple to navigate.

CONS: Only a few features of the game could've been made a little differently from the start. These may include some sort of a password-recovery functionality and a sign-in page that brings any player to the home page, as opposed to a second login page. Playlyfe agreed with changes that need to be made and promised to fix such features on our next game release.

Everything really runs smoothly. Sometimes , it does not keep reps motivated and improves transparency and accountability within sales teams.
