1) Would've appreciated a search feature to find a candidate by name/email ID/ number. While this isn't available on the platform, Playhunt sends an email with the details to our inbox, which we use instead.
2) Would've loved if we could restrictthe number of attempts we offer to a candidate.
It helps us quickly evalaute candidates at multiple levels - on their conversational skills, technical abilities, presentation tact... the time saved using Playhunt is invaluable.

Playhunt makes it much simpler and allows you to see the people applying directly through a series of questions you can ask them. I don't like the idea of having to rely solely on CVs to recruit staff. Videos are great for finding directly!

It´s very intuitive; no need to read "how to" manuals at all! Also, it is very customizable and, the best for me, is that it´s available in several languages in the front end and also in the admin section. I can send links to people who I might hire, they can answer the questions in mobile or desktop and then I can see and follow up on them in the hiring funnel available in the tool.
Not really anything I dislike; but I´d like to be able to know exactly which questions they´re answering. But, that´s not a problem, since I ask them to read the questions aloud prior to answer them (in the text of the instructions for answering).
When hiring, it´s important for me to know that the people I will consider hiring have proper verbal communication. I can filter with this tool prior to have interviews in person.

While the platform does offer the ability to create customized video surveys, I would have appreciated more flexibility in terms of the layout and design. It would be great to have additional options for branding and personalization to align the surveys more closely with the company's image and values. However, despite this minor limitation, Playhunt still provides a highly effective and user-friendly solution for video surveys in the hiring process.
Interviewing candidates through a video that they can record whenever they want, also using their own mobile phone. So it's very user-friendly.
I've been super impressed with this product. I've actually been using it for other things outside of it's original purpose (vodcast interview rather than job interviews). But it keeps impressing me with how mature the product is. If you need a product to help you streamline the interview process, give Playhunt a try. You'll be impressed.
Not a lot to dislike here...but I guess the UI could probably use some help. The UX is fine...but a little more UI love would help.
It allows me to send out multiple interviewing opportunities to folks I want to interview. This gives them the chance to respond to my interview question on their own time without the pressure of having to answer questions on the spot.
