We love that this is a digital platform that allows us to push company information to our locations quickly and ensure our teams have the most up-to-date information at their fingertips. PlayerLync goes above and beyond to ensure we always have exceptional service. They are engaging and always looking for ways to continue to provide top-notch service for all aspects of our business.
I do not have any feedback as PlayerLync is always willing to listen to any feedback we have and work on solutions with us like more categories and folders within folders.
Allows us to communicate with all levels of our business from Franchisees to brand-new baristas through the digital platform, reducing the amount of paper and/or outdated information within our stores. It brings tracking for all training, company initiatives, and forms into one place for better follow-through with our teams.
It's relatively easy to use and our Playerlync manager Connor has been extremely helpful answering questions and guiding us.
It would be nice if the site had more help articles on the admin portal to help with troubleshooting or maybe i am unaware this feature exists.
Playerlync is helping us with training and helping us get all our employees on the same page with their job roles. It's helping us keep training manuals and videos organized and at our staff's fingertips to learn to do their role well. It helps us build consistency, a big part of Mister O1.
PlayerLync is easy to use, easy to get the message out to your audience, and easy to navigate. I love the PL team who is always helpful when needed.
There is nothing I dislike but I want more in the ways of reporting and get to the numbers and details more totality.
Take time to plan your strategy of how you want things to look, do you need to integrate or not and have fun.
We rely heavily on our corporate LMS but most do not "do it all" and ours being one of them. Therefore, PL is solving question level analysis, real time data, digitizing forms, not straining the network, integration with LMS, etc. Benefits? Saving time and money and resources.
How simple is it for our chefs to use and navigate, I also like the new update where there are featured recipes and recipe pictures!
I dislike that you cant have more than 3 large categories. this makes it hard to break our sections. Some categories get over crowded
YES YES, this was a great addition to our restaurants! It has made sharing recipes much easier . It also reducing inconsistency between recipe books and outdated material!
The biggest problem solver is with recipes ecipes- so much easier to update recipes live and not have to reprint. We have saved tons of money!
PlayerLync allows our franchise owners to upload their own content while allowing communication and training to be implemented from the corporate team to the entire franchising system. It also has provided the tracking and training needed to get our new locations up and running while keeping up with our brand standards.
The downside is we can't use the forms due to how they are developed. It is something we really need, but due to how our company is structured, we can't use them.
We now have brand standards controls throughout the company. We also are seeing a huge increase in staff training and implementation.
Playerlync has been a very easy product to manage and adapt in our restaurants. Stores love the new interface.
Our rep Joey is also always available and responsive when I need assistance.
Wish I could have more sub categories on bed user side.
Videos don't do the best very choppy

Great for digital recipes and standard operating procedures.
Training and support from PlayerLync has been great from the start up to launch day! Our ability to manage content, add, delete and feature is what attracted us to PlayerLync.
Not much to dislike, even when we struggled with a function the support team was fast and through. If i had to say one thing it would be some of the steps in the back end could be stream lined.
We have solved out-dated content that was being searched for and used. Easy of updated content and the delivery of training videos.
The proprietary stuff they're doing on the back end is truly impressive and unique in the product class, this is matched equally by the level of service the team at PlayerLync provides their clients.
There is some legacy stuff that still needs to be updated, and the Android build lags behind the Apple-Ecosystem builds, but these are all things on the roadmap from what I understand.

Real-time learning where it's needed when it's needed. Augmented reality access to job aids and SOPs based on psychical location of TMs. Rich media experiences on mobile in a wi-fi-challenged environment.

The best thing about Playerlync is how quick and easy it is to make new users. Playerlync allows me to clone existing users with similar groups and teams. Over the last decade, this feature has saved me countless hours of work.
I have no complaints about Playerlync. The product works as it was intended and then some. It makes my job much more efficient.
