"Great tool to automate your platform"

What do you like best about Platformly?

The most usefull for me is the dashboards with stats and reporting

I could not think of any drawbacks, at least for now

"Exceptional customer service on an easy to use platform"

What do you like best about Platformly?

I like that I don't need to pay for 10+ different marketing software products. Platform.ly has so many features so I canceled my previous subscription for Mailchimp, Optinmonster, Geckoboard, and Click.org. All of the business processes I can manage from a single place. The customer support team is amazing. We have created a lot of customization on the site and connected to other platforms via Zapier. Anytime we had questions we were able to promptly have them resolved by the customer support team.

What do you dislike about Platformly?

The more I use it the more I want to use it. No complaints at this time.

Recommendations to others considering Platformly:

Platform.ly is the best out there if you need something a simple and intuitive marketing automation software. For the cost, ease of use, sophistication, and quality of support, Platform.ly wins.

What problems is Platformly solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Platform.ly I track how my business is performing in real-time, track advertising links, send personalized emails, see each customer interaction inside of the CRM. It's really awesome to have so many features in one platform that is super easy to use.

I've been testing Platform.ly for the past 6 months or so.I really love the simple automation follow up feature. No more have to deal with complicated automation for simple email marketing sequences, but they provided both options: Simple or sophisticated automation.I still don't like some parts of the UI but my overall experience is that it's easy to set up and easy to use, faster and much less confusing than most email marketing automation softwares.

What do you like best about Platformly?

I signed-up after doing a lot of research on the market, and I've been testing Platform.ly for the past 6 months or so, and I really love it!

So far I've found the app perfect to my needs and great value.

The support in my experience has been great. Customer service stays in touch and is very responsive when called upon.

Clean interface. No-fuss, no distractions. Everything's just really easy to setup

What do you dislike about Platformly?

There is not much to dislike, but I would like to see a more polished user interface, some of the templates look outdated

I don't like some parts of the UI, which has fonts too small for users who don't have good eyesight, like me.

I would like to see more direct integrations.

I found the tour on each page unnecessary. They should provide an option to ignore all help pop-ups.

Also, the Landing Page Builder still needs more improvement

Recommendations to others considering Platformly:

My overall experience is that it's easy to set up and easy to use, faster and much less confusing than most email marketing automation softwares.

If your focus is on building an audience and engaging with them on a regular basis, it's a perfect app for you.

I am confident that I have made a very good choice.

great support, unique features, I trusted and am happy with the choice.

what I appreciate is the ability to work on multiple brands in order to keep work spaces separate.

you can start with a light system and then add pieces of functionality that show you to improve the results as you become more experienced in using the platform.

Customer support is very valuable because it provides you with quick and punctual answers to immediately resolve doubts and concerns

What do you dislike about Platformly?

not useful for newbie that start in funnel marketing. I think it would be useful to add video tutorials and a guide that shows step by step how to best use all the features

at first glance the control panel may seem complex, then when you get familiar with the controls, everything works fine. Emails have become a rather abused way of communicating so I expect that in the future, more communication channels will be added such as sms, whatsapp, messenger, telegram

I reccomand platformly if you want capture and nurture leads, understand your customer’s entire journey and build personal relationships with the prospects.

we are using platformly app for collecting email addresses, send newsletters, and create custom workflows for automatic interactions with customers.

I was able to gain new contacts with potential customers, also thanks to a nurturing campaign with valuable information. it also works very well to awaken customers who are no longer active
