The process of updating the cloud could be better, lately that process has been slow. It would be a good idea to put more reporting options in place for all kinds of projects.

There has been a constant use of Agile project management, it has a great variety of management: of resources, of retrospectives, of equipment, etc. We have been able to improve resource inefficiencies because we now perform resource scheduling and capacity management that Planstreet offers.

The number of functions that it has and its ability to integrate other apps and services within it makes it extremely versatile once you customize it to all of your needs. Now we do not have to log in to different tools to use it.

Project creation and assignment to team . We have teams working remotely and at times it is difficult to track the tasks.

This software is a Complete package for Project Management. You can track project status , timeline, resource allocation, expenditures. The thing I like most is the Resource Allocation screen where you can track Workload , Allocation and Task completion percentage for individual and for projects.

The timesheet sucks. It's not intuitive and takes more time than necessary to fill in.

This software is a complete package of tools for project management. It's reasonably priced and give you everything you need for project management.
