The best part of Planning Center Registrations is the ability to manage sign-ups, automate responses, and integrate with Planning Center Check-ins. Registrations also allows you to create more than one event at a time which makes it easy to plan out your whole year or set up different ministry's events at a time.

The most inconvenient thing about registrations is having to go to the Planning Center Check-in app to set up an event check-in instead of it being automatically open when the event starts.

Planning Center has a ton of training videos and the best customer support. They are quick to respond and help you on the spot. I had mu check-in computers down and I talked with their representative that walked me through the problem until it was fixed.

Administering an event is no small feat and having Registrations you are able to automate a lot of the processes you would have to usually do manually. You can have the app send out emails and reminders at a certain time and you can also send out confirmation emails to registrants with updated information.

Flexible registration software that works great for events and has an elastic price tag depending on your registration count. If you have a month with fewer registrants, you can lower the fee.

It would be great if it had action tabs that opened when clicked on. It is limited in its layout format. It can make for a relatively long-form without this feature.

For us, it is a quick registration solution that works with our database and keeps tabs for us in one place—just another advantage to having multiple modules with Planning Center Online. We save quite a bit with the option to pay less for the software on those months where we don't have several events. That is a bonus.

I do wish there were a better way to communicate than email.

Organization from this software makes our events run much more smooth.

I love that planning center registrations works well with Calendar and planning center people. It helps us to keep track of the events that our people are going to over time and let’s us track engagement. It also works easily with the Church Center app

Some of the event creation is a little cumbersome especially if you have to create multiple events that are similar or a reoccurring event.

Like all planning center products this works best with their family of products planning center registrations has been a great way for us to help introduce registrations for services that have never had registrations in the past. It works well with the Church Center app so it’s easy for people to register for events and stay updated on any changes. It integrates excellently with the check in system from planning center and makes it easy for us to manage Check-Ins on Sunday morning.

Especially with Covid we needed a way to have our people register for Sunday morning gatherings rather than just showing up so we can keep a better count on the numbers in the room for safety. This has been a huge way to help us solve that problem

Registrations is easy to use. It is pretty self explanatory and doesn’t need a lot of instruction to operate.

It can be confusing on the back end. When I have volunteers registering people using the back end they tend to get overwhelmed and wish it was more simple.

Use all other planning center services as well.

It allows me to register people for events upcoming and out in the future. We have utilized it for week long events with thousands of people.

As with a few of Planning Center's products the mobile app can be glitchy but the overall service is excellent.

This plays best if used with the other planning center software items.

Anyone who registers for an event is automatically added to our Planning Center database. Payment is convenient. Reimbursements for those who cancel is very simple.

I don't like that it uses Stripe for payments. That means going to another place for bookkeeping.

This is a great way for our church people and others to register for our church events. Registrations offers the option to make partial payments. It also allows us to add forms in case there is a paper waiver that needs signed.

I like the way you can take payments on registrations the best. You can format your event page to look and feel however you like. Also, the fees are much less than that of Eventbrite or Eventzilla. We used to use those for different events we held, but PC Registration is much easier! And, it integrates with the rest of our PC software and we can follow up with attendees much easier!

Honestly, there's not anything I dislike. We also use Check-Ins along with Registrations to check in those who attend the events they pay or sign up for!

I would say this software is much more user friendly than others we've used. Also, there is a PC Registrations app that makes life so easy, especially when you have 500+ members of your organization registering for different events happening all around campus!

We are now spending much less money on event registration fees! Which is incredible. Also, we're solving the problem of not having the ease of following up with attendees. Thru Registrations we can track every dollar paid and to which account they've paid to.

I love that everything is in one place and syncs with planning center services and people. It makes registering many people immediately after services significantly easier. It is very helpful that it links to "people accounts"

I wish you could personalize fields more when making a registration form. Other form software is definitely more lenient in the types of fields you can create.

Use it for all events and everything is organized together!! We did not utilize this as part of our planning center account for the longest time and I am so glad we've started using it!!

It is so helpful to use already registered “people” accounts. It makes doing connect desk registrations quick and easy.

This software is very user Intuitive and easy to operate.
