Support for Mermaid Diagrams!

Planio now supports embedded Mermaid diagrams! Mermaid diagrams are great for visualizing processes and many other things. Planio uses the textile markup language which is text based and AI friendly, so now you can easily create and embed Mermaid diagrams in your pages. I've created process flowcharts and sequence diagrams in seconds by copying existing documentation and asking an AI chatbot to convert into a mermaid diagram. It's awesome!

Fast, helpful support

Planio support always respond quickly and are very helpful, usually resolving any issues or queries we have perfectly. Recently they made a software change to improve our experience within a few days of us reporting the issue.

Great tool for ticket management

PROS: Planio is an excellent ticket management app that offers many useful features. It can be used to provide customer support. Its plus point is its simple style. I appreciate that the vendor hosts customers’ data in servers located in the EU and implements plenty of protective measures to ensure data security. Their customer support is also top notch.

CONS: The only drawback is the design takes up too much screen space.
