The reports are not the greatest. We would like more customization and options for data, graphs, etc.

Utilize their support, they are the life of the company and have made the use of their data so much easier and the scheduled calls and updates are worth the time.

One really needs to study the manual or get a teaching lesson from subject matter experts in order to use the Placer retailer tool.
