How you have the ability to make your Instagram shopable to drive through more direct sales. I also like the ability of visual users review to showcase how people like their products because many consumers go to reviews before purchasing a product.
I have yet to really experience any dislikes with this product so far. It’s overall very easy to use and to get data from. For a small business or someone starting out the price point per month could be rather high.
When selling smaller items or wanting people to look through your site to look at items this is a easy software to use. It’s easy to generate your products out in the social media world which is always growing. Pixlee also makes it easy to create hashtags, location based photos, and tagged photos for your business so you don't have to spend hours/days trying to find customers social media photos for your product as well.
We have had the best customer service. We have not had many issues with the platform but when we have reached out our rep has got back to us fast and fixed any issues we might have had. We started using Pixlee when the company was small and even white it has grown a lot, we still get the same great customer service
We really like PIxlee. We have been pitched on a lot of products similar to Pixlee. The thing that keeps us with Pixlee is the great customer service we always receive. In the earlier days of using the product we had a few glitches but those were always fixed quickly and had something to do with our website at times. Approving photos was taking a lot of time. We told our rep this and the process was made more simple. The app was a huge game changer. You can approve photos from your phone.

We have used Pixlee to gather user generated content from around our resort. This makes finding and sharing content a streamlined process that cuts out a lot of time searching for photos to share. We also use Pixlee to host user generated photos on our website and TV screens around the resort. We also use Pixlee to see the reach of our promoted hashtags. This is the best system we have used to calculate this metric.
Easy to find, permission, and download user-generated content. Quick and appealing widgets that display our favorite UGC on our websites, with lots of options on how to present and incorporate content into our overall marketing strategy. Account reps are friendly and very accessible. So far Pixlee seems to constantly roll out new features and functionalities which is great.
There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to user experience and functionality. Certain icons and notifications are not clear until you search the help pages or talk to your account rep. Our team also wishes it were easier to see if we've already contacted or chatted with an Instagram user in the past. We also would like to have the ability to see if a user has posted/tagged multiple images of our brand, right now we have to do a search workaround which isn't the most efficient use of time.
Talk to their team and request a presentation, because they were very thorough and informative and more than willing to customize their walk-throughs and demonstrations to fit our company and industry's needs.
We needed a simple way to view, permission, and share UGC while making sure we were fairly crediting the original content creators.
