Pixis is the next step in the digital ads world. As we move towards more and more automation, you need a tool that helps you manage your ads in a way that drives results. You can scroll through job titles or have Pixis do that work. I was especially appreciative of having a team of super-qualified folks supporting us through the process!
Like any tool it takes time to get used to the UI, and how to use it. I wouldn't say that it is a dislike as much as it is just learning another system. The Pixis team was super helpful throughout the process.
We mainly used Pixis in our audience targeting, so I thought it was fantastic. It is also better able to manage bids and budgets than a human. A lot of the time marketers think they have this special sauce, and while that may be the case I trust the computer to do the diligence on setting bids and budgets, and uncovering job titles, or experience that we human may have overlooked
The Pixis performance module supports our longer sales cycle, was crazy easy to implement, increased our MQL volume by 30 percent, and decreased our cost per MQL by 18 percent. Pixis even helped us find a creative way to target the right customer even though we are in a special ad category that limits our targeting capability.
We sometimes found that the creative layouts were a bit too templated, but I understand the need for limiting flexibility in order to speed up the learning process.
It allows you to depend more on your first party data and less on third party data which speeds up the learning process while improving cost efficiencies and campaign productivity.
The team is open to tailoring the solution to our specific needs and continually enhancing the functionality of the platform.
The Pixis UI is in its infancy stage but continues to get better. I wouldn't say this creates barriers but looking forward to some of the coming enhancements.
I've spent many years trying to automate cross-channel budget optimization because regardless of the number of people you throw at something, it's not possible to see everything 24/7. AI can do that. Pixis can do that. It's helping us automate optimization in ways we couldn't previously do.
It just took a couple weeks for us to start seeing improvement in our KPI's

At Swiggy we used Pixis to help increase our scale on Facebook ads by deploying its end-to-end solution of creative, targeting, performance, and optimization AI. Our cost of acquisition on Facebook Ads as a channel with Pixis AI was almost halved due to which we got the confidence to increase our scale on this channel and get even more new users. We were also able to save manual efforts on creative, targeting, optimization, and reporting by maintaining a lean team to do the same.
It would be great if their AI can be implemented across more channels apart from the ones supported currently which are Facebook, Google, LinkedIn & TikTok. This would help the clients get even more optimized results from the same spends.

The Pixis AI infrastructure helped us increase our engagement and conversations across campaigns significantly. We saw a significant spike in engagement as well as conversions. I especially liked the simple AI deployment and integration method which is a simple extension on the browser. That solved the issue of having to wait days to be able to start using the product.
The infrastructure is sharp with respect to the targeting and we could identify high-intent audiences beyond what Facebook enables. The AI continuously monitored the campaigns and gave us real-time feedback on shifting budgets across platforms with ease.
We also liked the transparency of the AI actions and recommendations which were being recorded on a comprehensive scale - it gave visibility and control over our campaigns. We’re happy with the results.
There’s no critical drawback that held us back from using the product. It would be nice if we saw more new features and an easier way to leverage their generative AI infrastructure.
Targeting and creative optimizations were the biggest problems that the AI infrastructure solves. To be able to work within platform restrictions and still see good results is definitely a plus. The bid-budget features, and the cross-platform feature are some of the biggest strengths of the product and now a strength for my team.
Also, repetitive work was taken over by the AI, which left more room for my team to strategize creatively, with AI-backed insights.
