this is a highly customisable CRM. It has a lot of fields that can be configured but it definitely is one of the best that I have used so far.

The only part when the implementation sort of causes slowness and you can't action your tickets

In general, Pivotal CRM is a platform that meets the organizational needs of many processes within a company since it can be used in multiple types of equipment and has many functions such as the integration of emails, chats, tickets, and much more, this makes it a more functional platform. What do you like best about Pivotal CRM?

I love that the dashboard for Pivotal can be customized to fit each individuals business needs. Pivotal also provides an excellent snapshot of your current business. I also love the simplicity of being able to track the business for each individual client in their respective profiles. We come from a very manually process of having to enter data repeatedly in several fields via an excel doc, so the ability to enter once and have multiple colleagues add information whenever calling on the client is exceptional to our day to day processes. It not only helps our business flow but is used as a critical aid when tracking the resign process for our contracts. Most recently, our company has begun utilizing this data to send our automated marketing pieces which is now tracked in Pivotal where we would have to create manual lists in the past. We now can focus on more customer interaction and in return have more opportunities to sell!

What do you dislike about Pivotal CRM?

As part of the transitional team, the only dislike (which we were provided work around solutions) was moving over the data from our old system to the new. This mostly because the previous system was so obsolete.

Definition explore the option, the system is able to customize each users experience.

We are solving real time tracking. Pivotal is not only available by the software but accessible via mobile devices. This allows us to keep our data as current as possible and allows our leadership to have real time data.
