We are a sock subscription service so mailing labels are a big cut of our profits. Saves us a lot of money on shipping and makes it easy to organize our mailing labels. Friendly customer service is awesome as well.

Nothing bad to say about Pirate Ship, especially since it is a free product. One time had to wait for a bulk refund but that was more waiting on USPS to verify the refund.

Saves us tons of money and helps us with organizing our mailing labels during the curate and shipment process. Helps with productivity tremendously as the rubber stamps helps us with organization.

Pirate Ship is free to use, no sign up or monthly fees, it's easy to use, it has so many features that are brilliant and easy to utilize, and it saves you money on postage! Those are all the things I like the best!

Nothing to dislike. It's a great service!

Just register on the site, it's free, and start using it. It's user-friendly and has so many features, you'll love it! You'll save on shipping rates, you can batch ship, you can duplicate labels, so you don't have to re-enter dimensions of similar packages over and over, you can schedule a pick up from your work or home, you'll get a tracking number, and you'll get a live report on the tracking of your package or mailpiece. Just a great service!

I feel it is super easy to use. The interface is pretty straightforward. You can do single labels or upload in batches and save time.

I didn't like the filtering option I feel like it lacks some functionality but nothing too big.

Wish for more APIs for integration variety

The layout is very smooth for this online shipping program. I like that it integrates with all my selling platforms and the way it asks me shipping questions. I like how it helps fill in shipping information as I input it. Its a little bit more intuitive than other shipping programs I have tried when it comes to getting the address formatted correctly.

I wish that pirate ship tracked the sales data like some other shipping programs. It would make it the ultimate program.

I had been trying to ship through PayPal for individual sales on Facebook. It was very clunky. Pirate ship worked so well, and I got the same discounts I get when I ship through eBay, and I love that I can integrate eBay and Etsy. So I can do all my shipping for the day from one place.

No monthly fee, prices are lower than USPS, can drop off or schedule pick up right to my door. I can print using my existing printer and don't need to mess with a special label printer.

There isn't much I dislike they have good service and communication

Pirate ship is great for individual printing, but merging a bulk list is sometimes a little bit more complex and things don't always translate over the way I'd like them to.

Pirate ship has made individual shipping labels so easy to make. We send out a lot of single shipments, and before we used a mail meter that was tedious and unprofessional looking.

I have been using Pirate Ship for roughly three years, and it is truly difficult to select merely one favorite thing about this amazing platform. Since I have to choose, I would say I thoroughly enjoy the wonderful discounts Pirate Ship offers to their customers. As a small business owner who ships at least 50+ packages per day, I can attest that Pirate Ship is more affordable than heading down to the post office and paying full price.

First off, I wish Pirate Ship offered paid plans for even bigger discounts! I would gladly sign up for that in a heartbeat. Lastly, I seldomly use FedEx and UPS; however, Pirate Ship does not partner with them. I'm not sure why but I wish they would reconsider. Pirate Ship, please consider adding FedEx and UPS to your provider list.

We're saving money now that we have been utilizing Pirate Ship's platform. Who doesn't enjoy saving a little extra cash? Pro-tip, if you sell on Etsy or any marketplace in general, then I would highly suggest using Pirate Ship- the discounts offered are 100% better.

I do wish they used their own program and they would see what does not work and what does. I am so used to using stamps program.

Also,You write an address in- and it autocorrects. Not like a postal correct, but a mistake in the system.
