Finding socials such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. is very useful. Seeing connections to people (though sometimes not very strong) can also help resolve certain scenarios. Phone numbers, addresses, and previous residences can also lead to resolutions in my line of work.

There are situations where a profile is really an amalgam of different people. Like wires getting crossed, emails and phone numbers of two or more individuals are combined into one, which leads to a confusing and useless mishmash when conducting analysis.

This is a robust directory with easily navigatable links to the source of information. It's very reliable and has given us a lot of confidence in our vetting processes.

Some queries don't show up for certain metrics, for example, I might look up an address and get no results, however, I might look at the phone number and that exact address will come up. There seems to be a slight disconnect with some information. Also, foreign address formatting (like that in Europe and Australia) is more difficult to find. The same goes for phone number formatting for numbers outside the US.

It's giving us the ability to look at multiple signals in a way that wouldn't have been possible previously and gives us the confidence to quickly approve orders for processing. We have a lot of new customers in our business and it is reassuring to know that we can thoroughly confirm legitimacy.

As a person who uses Pipl daily, it would be pretty hard to imagine researching on a person and not using Pipl.

Sometimes the amount of information it gives can be overwhelming, and it might be challenging to make the most out of it initially with so many complex data merged into one. It also sometimes combines identifiers of two utterly different people into one, which can be a pain to sort through.

Integrate it into an API and is a must for investigations on individuals.

Pipl in my organization is used in Investigations on companies and entities for social media screenings. Using it daily has made me realize how organized it can be, with categorizing information into different sections and also having the option to search for searching for a particular pointer. In short, if you are a researcher/investigator and need something to help you in your research process, Integrating it into API is a gem and works flawlessly.
