If it's an old company with many uploaded it's hard to find the forms you need. It can take a few hours. I've sent them an idea about adding a view key to see what the document looks like rather than having to open something fully.
They are adding new ways to stay organized which is very thoughtful and awesome as a company. The more ways they can do this it will help benefit everyone! Its been easier for everyone since they updated!

PipelineDeals is very affordable. At less than $25 a month you get great features to manage your lead pipeline, sales reports, and data management. I have tried a couple of other robust CRMs with almost similar feature packs, but they cost twice or even thrice what I pay for Pipelinedeals. For now I'm very satisfied with its starter plan which can handle our sales cycle pretty well. For instance, I can keep tab of our whitepaper downloads (we have quite a dozen) and I can trace some of these credentials moving to our free trial subscriptions. This insight alone allows me to predict how interested prospects are, I mean, someone who uses our content then tries our product gets priority in our outbound.
