PipelineDeals is very affordable. At less than $25 a month you get great features to manage your lead pipeline, sales reports, and data management. I have tried a couple of other robust CRMs with almost similar feature packs, but they cost twice or even thrice what I pay for Pipelinedeals. For now I'm very satisfied with its starter plan which can handle our sales cycle pretty well. For instance, I can keep tab of our whitepaper downloads (we have quite a dozen) and I can trace some of these credentials moving to our free trial subscriptions. This insight alone allows me to predict how interested prospects are, I mean, someone who uses our content then tries our product gets priority in our outbound.

The customization is easy and it reminds me of an easy to use Excel spreadsheet with tons more of flexibility without having to have the knowledge of a CPA.

What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?

That it does not integrate with ZoomInfo.

It has the overview of the transaction and interaction with customer, it boosts the sales and marketing of the company. It has the information of the customer needed for sales.

What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?

It doesn't show the recording when it's connected to the personal phone number tho it's understandable.

What problems is Pipeline CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It consolidates the contact information, the interaction between us and our customers and marketing of the company for them. It helps me to easily work on each customer.

You can stuff so much information into one page, also like their Ideas category to add ideas that they may add! I love the ability to customize and add as much information !

What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?

If it's an old company with many uploaded it's hard to find the forms you need. It can take a few hours. I've sent them an idea about adding a view key to see what the document looks like rather than having to open something fully.

What problems is Pipeline CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are adding new ways to stay organized which is very thoughtful and awesome as a company. The more ways they can do this it will help benefit everyone! Its been easier for everyone since they updated!
