A CRM easy to use.
We needed a CRM easy to use and Pipedrive is the solution.

Our company is not that big, but we're growing and introducing new products. The sales and logistic teams where getting stressed out because we used to work on a Excel Sheet. It worked for the first 2 years with only 3 products; but with the new products, that was a difficult job.

So we tried several CRMs, and Pipedrive was the one we felt more comfortable with, easy to use, customizable but with structure. It's a great CRM overall for small and medium companies, for what I can see.

Pipedrive is the answer!
Pipedrive was the answer we were looking for and more. As a small business, we were looking for a CRM that would help us get out of spreadsheets but not something too complicated to use. Pipedrive was easy to setup and get started with and it has plenty of capabilities to help carry us through the next few years without needing to migrate to another larger tool. Our team loves it and we are already seeing benefits from being this organized this easily.

Great easy system with everything you need in a CRM system
The User experience with Pipedrive is very good. The System is easy to setup and to understand. It makes a great improvement in our daily work flow saving valuable time. Only thing that can be a bit difficult to understand is the different plans and what add-ons you still need to fulfill your needs.

Enjoying PipeDrive so far
We are enjoying PipeDrive so far. We had a legacy system that was no longer being used due to being on premise and a bit painful to navigate, and reps had started using Excel sheets to track status. We were able to import the Excel sheets and our customer data without much issue other than ending up with some duplicates. It's nice to see stuff with no activity highlighted, it makes it easy to get older leads updated, and the pipeline makes it easy to focus on things in progress at the same time.
