Our company is not that big, but we're growing and introducing new products. The sales and logistic teams where getting stressed out because we used to work on a Excel Sheet. It worked for the first 2 years with only 3 products; but with the new products, that was a difficult job.
So we tried several CRMs, and Pipedrive was the one we felt more comfortable with, easy to use, customizable but with structure. It's a great CRM overall for small and medium companies, for what I can see.
