"Easiest ATS I have used"
What do you like best about Pinpoint?

Pinpoint has a very user friendly system and is easy to navigate. Jobs and candidates and clear and easy to find, and pretty much everything connected to the hiring process can be customised to your needs without hassle. The customer service team are also very helpful and responsive on the webchat and have amanged to resolve issues quickly, and when that was not possible it was immediately passed to our account manager. The inisghts pages are also very helpful tools to help with our analysis of recruitment data.

Overall, a very positive experience and would definitely recommend as an ATS.

What do you dislike about Pinpoint?

I haven't found any so far. all a positive experience.

What problems is Pinpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeps most of our candidates and applicants on one place and the indiviudal jobs are very easy to navigate. Communication with candidates can also mostly be done through the platofjmr for the various hiring sdtages wihch is very helpful and such a time saver.

Buying a property in Belfast is, or can be, a daunting experience, as nothing, (save a day at the races), can prepare one for the breakneck pace of turnover or the fund guzzling, nerve shredding, bidding process that are an integral part of this proud city’s housing market.
Needless to say, a fortnight of this had left my wife and I at our collective, wits end.
And then a miracle happened on the Shore Road, God sent forth a smiling Angel in bespoke suit and shining brogues.
An Angel, in whose calm reassuring presence time stood still and sanity returned.
“ Hello, my name is Alan Shields, and everything is now perfect in this best of all possible worlds. Let me dry your tears, take you by the hands and lead you to the ideal house, one you can afford in an area that fulfils that your needs “ he said, in a voice that was as soothing as it was resolute. Okay, maybe I’ve misquoted him slightly, but that was the general effect.
Within a matter of hours he’d guided us through the labyrinth, delivered us to sunnier plains and negotiated a deal that left buyer and seller smiling from proverbial ear to ear.
To call Alan Shields an ‘estate agent’ would be akin to calling the Beatles, a garage band.
He is a gentleman, very clever, a problem solver, a man possessed of an encyclopaedic knowledge of his craft and a sympathetic reader of peoples needs.
And yet, he is an estate agent, God’s own estate agent.

I would gladly recommend, Pinpoint property to anyone looking for quality assistance in the buying of a home and I extend my deep gratitude to their staff, especially Graham, whose warm greeting first endeared us to the company.

ATS Excellence
Absolutely every part of PinPoint is excellent. I joined a company already using this ATS for about 4 months and mastered it within a week. Very easy to schedule different types of interviews, provide hiring managers and external agencies access and contact candidates.

Never any technical issues, and they are happy to take on board potential improvements and upgrades.

What do you like best about Pinpoint?

The ease of use and ability to review and communicate with all candidates

What do you dislike about Pinpoint?

Being able to have match percentage-based on criteria set by the recruiting manager so they can have a simple view of the best match on paper before reviewing profiles and C.V.'s.

What problems is Pinpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of HR filtering out candidates that they think are suitable for a role that they aren't very close to, we now have the ability to see all candidates and pick the ones we see fit as the hiring manager. It also means we can spot candidates that might not be suitable for the role we are recruiting for but are right for another that we know about with another manager.

What do you like best about Pinpoint?

Pinpoint is easy for both candidates and recruiters. The implementation process was super simple - and the team provided hands-on support for our recruiters. Communication between candidates and recruiters is easily facilitated and the interface is user-friendly. It is the perfect tool for agile teams.

What do you dislike about Pinpoint?

The transition of candidates from our old ATS had a few hiccups.

The ease of use has more than made up for some things that our previous ATS lacked.

Everything is located in one place and easy to filter, all synced up to Microsoft365 so booking candidates is quick and simple

Pinpoint makes the process of employing new people so easily and it takes care of everything. I like how the updates and new features are shared via email and that you can see how the rest of the team evaluated the candidate/s.

What do you dislike about Pinpoint?

I can't think of anything I dislike about Pinpoint so far.

It's much easier for the whole team to keep track of the progress of new candidates. The calendar sync tool makes interview scheduling a piece of cake.

What do you like best about Pinpoint?

Pinpoint is a great ATS provider for many reasons, but if I had to give you my top reasons to join Pinpoint, they would be:

- The customer service is Incredibly efficient and accessible. Every query is met and resolved promptly

- It's user friendly, so you can give your hiring managers a quick tour and let them run with it

- You have autonomy over your careers page, so you can chop and change it as you wish without waiting for anyone else

- The reporting is great, with lovely visuals and stats that you can send straight to your leadership team

What do you dislike about Pinpoint?

It's hard to think of anything I dislike, so if I had to answer (and this is very picky):

I miss the function in the scheduling tool where you could auto-fill your availability according to gaps in your calendar for a set number of days or weeks.

Recommendations to others considering Pinpoint:

Make sure you get buy-in from your brand or comms teams to make the most of the careers page building function so that you can hit the ground running. Have a play around with the anonymized screening from the get-go. Make sure you use the offer function for excellent reporting and to ensure a seamless transition of new hires into your HRIS.

What problems is Pinpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

We now have a careers site that is easy to navigate and informative for our candidates. The level of access to edit our careers page also means we can have everything on brand, which keeps our marketing, comms, and brand design teams very happy! It's also easy for our hiring managers to use and so there's less hand-holding going on when they have roles live and candidates to screen,

The referral links to help track back applicants to where they found the job. The ability to manage which roles people can see/edit. The really lovely and easy to use interface.

What do you dislike about Pinpoint?

So far I haven't found anything specific that I dislike. I think when HR don't know how to use it properly you either end up with access to all the information on there or hardly any at all but that is a training/self learning thing.
