PROS: Pinnacle Cart is really a big help to us for selling products from a non-profit org, which is essential for their cause. Great user experience in terms of ease of use is the biggest benefit the tool offers. It so seamless to navigate, as well as it makes inventory and sales management super convenient. This tool helps us update thousands of product listings easily. We can update details such as product quantity among other info without hassles, or instantly update photos through a simple upload.
CONS: Pinnacle Cart has no big problem or error. It works so well. Although, I haven’t received any training or tutorial on how to use it for the first time. Regardless, its ease of use is so amazing that I have learned my way around it in a short time.
PROS: There are too many points that we love about Pinnacle Cart. First, it is super easy to personalize and use. Second, it comes at a great price since it doesn’t charge any fees, and it includes a lot of features in a package. This means you do not need to pay for each feature individually. And lastly, it has great user support that helps us sort any problem, and they help us maximize the use of Pinnacle Cart too.
CONS: Few features make us ask for guides from the user support. But the entire tool works great as a whole.
PROS: Pinnacle Cart has helped us kick-start our first online business without unnecessary inconveniences. What we have done is simply select a layout, then load our products from a spreadsheet and select mode of payments. Managing is also very smooth on the admin panel, which is mainly the reason why our shop has received good sales. Not to mention that Pinnacle Cart has great guys in the support team who always help us when needed.
CONS: We have noticed some problems with the live chat feature. However, we’ve solved such an issue right away. And we haven’t seen any other flaw with the tool.
Pinnacle Cart is user friendly and easy to use and navigate. It’s easy to update photos and quantities of the product you want to list and keep track of. We sold products for a non profit company to bring awareness to a cause. We had thousands in inventory and Pinnacle Cart made it easy to upload product photos, manage inventory and sales.
I honestly have no complaints about Pinnacle Cart. It served its purpose and was easy to use. The only thing I can think of was I had no training, but it was so easy to figure out.

PROS: There's many things we like about the solution, for starters it's easy-to-use, very flexible and we like you get everything without any additional costs. Unlike other carts, everything is included. With other carts you need to pay for features, with PinnacleCart everything is included. Support has been great. Benson is the best!
CONS: Set-up can be challenging, but that's pretty typical. The other system we used was like that.
This is our first store and we had no issues jumping in and getting started. Picked a template, added our products from an excel spreadsheet, added our payment method and we're off the the races. Very nice administration area, no complaints at all. They say it's build to help you get more sales, I can see why. Chris and Tristan in customer service have been unbelievably helpful.

Been using PinnacleCart for years now, but noticed some recent improvements that shows they're serious about helping their customers grow. For starters, the support I've been getting has been nothing short of outstanding. The cart.. Well, that's always been good but it's impressive they way their support team has really stepped up recently. Highly-recommended. Great company!
More apps might be helpful. But really not much we don't like. We use PC with Webgility and it works great!

PROS: I am using Pinnacle Cart for many years now. But today, I have noticed they do scale their services by boosting their customer support. The cart is still fabulous and useful too. No wonder I highly suggest Pinnacle Cart for those who want to scale their online shops!
CONS: The addition of more tools or features can boost Pinnacle Cart even more. Do not get me wrong. The existing features of this platform are great. But we often need to use a third-party tool to satisfy other needs.
