Pinmeto allows us to centrally support our 400 pharmacies in the work of ensuring a strong local, digital presence where our customers are and when they need us.
Can´t think of anything. Smaller desirable changes identified and "fixed" by Pinmetos.
We have previously had challenges in successfully ensuring a high quality in all our store profiles, also in several networks.
Pinmeto saves us the time we need to suceed in the task.
I think PinMeTo is a must have for organizations with multiple locations because:
- you will save a lot of time since you manage all your locations in one place for all accounts
- update multiple locations in just a few click across facebook, google etc.
- full control over your location data and overview that everything is updated
- good for brand consistency and compliance

Deras support och service har varit toppen när vi behövt hjälp, snabba och trevliga. Enkelt program att jobba i och komma igång med. Väldigt lättnavigerat system, samtidigt som det är skönt att ha alla "butiker" samlade på ett och samma ställe och slippa ändra på massa olika sidor.
Det hade varit bra om man hade kunnat samla ihop som exempelvis recensioner, insta DM, insta kommentarer, facebook meddelande, och facebook kommentarer + då hantering av butiksinfo som redan finns i PinMeTo idag så att vi hade kunnat ha ett program inte flera olika som vi nu.
De hjälper oss att få koll på all information om våra butiker så att våra kunder lätt kan ta del av den, som exempelvis öppettider, adress, telefonnummer mm. Vi får även kontroll på kommenterar och frågor som våra kunder ställer på google. Toppen att ha ett och samma ställe att lägga in all information på, som sedan förs vidare till alla andra olika sidor som facebook, bing, google mm.
That PinMeTo automatically checks our Social Media and Map presences.

PinMeTo has helped us manage over 2000 listings a lot more efficiently over several different brands for our group. The onboarding process was very smooth and the team is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. It has so far helped us increase our coverage for our branches across various platforms that we didn't have listings for - For example Apple Maps. It has also helped us with keeping our branch listings consistent across all platforms with the 'conflict' feature - before using PinMeTo this was a very manual and time-consuming thing to do.
