Ease of use. I haven't had a chance to look at the tutorials yet and I was able to implement it in the mean time. I like the support as well. They are very responsive whenever I send a chat. My daily use is seamless. I love that I am able to send a company email just by using the dedicated email that we were given.

The disconnection issues I was having from JustWorks. They sent a resolution and I hope it works so we can stay connected.

Being able to communicate to a network of employees in the US and other countries. We use Ping Board as our intranet.

I came to a new company and needed to get to know other team members. Navigating the organizational chart was extremely easy, and I was able to quickly understand the composition of the different teams in the company and the people to call on in each department.

Its gamification tools allow you to quickly correlate a name with a face, facilitating further interactions with those people.

I can't find anything I really don't like. Maybe I would add alerts when team members' birthdays are coming up.

Know the organizational structure, know who to contact in the different departments.

In a remote workforce situation, we constantly need to know who is who...especially in a global organization. Pingboard makes it super easy to take a peek at org charts & reporting structures to make decisions on who to go to internally for certain topics.

There's really no downside that I've seen. The only thing that might be of note is that its celebrate/shout out feature might be redundant depending on the rest of your org's tech stack.

We have a very global & dispersed workforce, so I use Pingboard better to understand our org structure & job roles/responsibilities. Its pretty basic & there is no learning curve, so anytime I need answers its easy to find them.

I love that Pingboard makes it easy for me to find out who I should reach out to and let me catch a glimpse of who I'm reaching out to. In our remote work world, I struggle to know who works in other departments, but Pingboard makes that much easier.

Pingboard could use a UI update. I'm new to the software, and I'll admit I'm not aware of how long it's been around, but it's aesthetically dated, in my opinion.

Pingboard has been an awesome product and it has come in handy being able to have an organizational chart of all of our employees and a member directory. I like best the convienience this product has brought me.

So far, there has not been anything about Pingboard that I have disliked.

It is a great tool to have and will definitely come in handy!

Pingboard is helping to give me a good organizational chart of all of our employees and it shows their information as well, like their manager, title, and other information. I needed something where I could quickly access that information and it has been great using Pingboard. It is also a great benefit to see our whole member directory and quickly be able to send this list out, copy and paste it in to spreadsheets, or even print it quickly.

I love the game that you can play to identify co-workers by their photo.

I have not found anything that I dislike about it.

It will really help employees connect.

Pingboard helps to connect with other remote employees. It also shows an org chart to see where people fit into the company structure.

Ease of use, it works super easily out of the box.

I really don't have any complaints. It's better on a desktop than mobile, but rarely do you need it on mobile.

Clarity across the organization is the primary function. The secondary is helping people put names to faces and to help us get to know each other better. In a remote environment, it's really helped with that.

It's a great way to keep up with everyone in your company. Sometimes when I don't know someone, I'll do a little digging and see their quick info on Pingboard.

Nothing I can think of. It's a great software.

Being able to stay connected with others in my company, learning more about new hires, and being able to get quick contact info whenever I need.

I like that it makes you look like a professional when you're not a pro.

Difficult to navigate at first, however it's manageable with practice.

Organizational problems at work.

Very easy to see team structure, employees by location and contact information for coworkers. Having status updates in one place is helpful.

I have yet to see anything to dislike. Pingboard's a simple tool that delivers on its purpose.

We're able to see and interact with an updated org chart with all employees across the company, and filter by team or location. Employee profiles make it easy to connect a name with a photo, pull contact information quickly, see how long someone's been at the company and more. It's also a way to see which team members are out of the office, on vacation, on a business trip or working remotely. It's also helpful for new employees to get to know their coworkers, or to help coworkers in different offices connect.
