When I had a problem, I asked, and they responded. The payment gateway is simple and easy to use, and the tutorials are extremely helpful. I now have two businesses using Pin Payments and I'm so impressed with everything about Pin Payments, and I'm still using PinPayments after 2+ years. Money is transferred to my account automatically, I don't have to do anything extra.

The problem I had was when using the Point of Sale at the Show; the business reference was to my first business, not for the second business. After the Show, I contacted Pin Payments, they contacted me very quickly and solved the problem in a few moments.

Pin Payments represents a first-class payment system for small businesses like ours. It's so reliable, efficient and fast. Payments are accurate and on time. We opted out of the big international payment system in favour of Pin Payments and our customers keep reminding us of how much happier and safer they feel as a result.

There's nothing I dislike about Pin Payments.

Whilst not the fault of Pin Payments, we were no longer able to use Amex through our account. Pin Payments advised us to get our own merchant number to transit through them. A bit of a hassle, but solved.

If you have access to internet, then Pin Payments is a super simple easy way to process customer card payments, no terminal to connect, just securely log in and process the payment, or send a link to the customer and they can pay you directly through the Pin Payment portal ....... fantastic choice for our business

So easy to process customer payments from their cards, no need for a terminal and another fee, just log into the platform site and wham bam payment processed

I've been using Pin Payments for over six years and have never looked back. It's been an effortless low fee and no-fuss way to use this straightforward card payment service for my clients. I don't pay for merchant fees or devices. It is all secure, and the receipt is sent directly to the client's email account. I receive my payment three workings days later. I love my Pin Payments.

Time-consuming, however, there are no device terminals that can be compromised, so you hold complete security over the transaction.

The current method of verifying customers through Woocommerce using a banking statement code is somewhat confusing for some customers and can be challenging to explain.

Pin Payments are currently working on an update to integrate 3D Secure into the WooCommerce Plugin, something that I look forward to, which will offer my customers and myself that added level of security.
