We have been using PIMworks for a while and the software seems to deliver what is promised. We have expanded to two other countires and started to rank better in online market places because of their content optimisation. We had a dedicated customer sucess person who make sure the implementation was smooth and answered our big list of quereis.

Nothing of that sort, the UI is basic but does the job.

We had no clue figuring out how we gona manage our 14 Lakh SKUs where PIMworks came to our rescure, we have built our business but were looking for a tool to streamline our process and scale.

Implementing PIMworks has helped in ensuring right parts and equipment information is accessed to all onshore and offshore teams at all times.

Really easy to use and a really quick help from the team when stucked at something.

Nothing really, just a few UI improvements would be good.

The most helpful feature that I would say PIMworks has is the bulk product data enrichment feature. Also, managing SKUs and product inventory across multiple channels and platforms is very much simple due to the centralized approach provided in PIMworks.

I do not have any significant dislikes with this product. All the features are very good and so is their customer service.

My team usually spends hours standardizing the data to meet channel requirements, but post PIMworks, we've been able to focus on other activities and leave the rest to the PIM platform. The customer support team is proactive and the platform is fairly simple to use.

The most liked features is user role management and Unlimited data storage management, Vendor management, channel integration is flexible and lastly health checkup is very helpful.
