First of all the service is really good and very helpful for parents. The smooth app experience makes tracking easier and better. I don't have to be concerned about my kid's whereabouts.

the app can be a little glitchy at times which can be frustrating at times considering our concern for our kids. Moreover the support team can be trained in a more better way to cater to the needs of the parents.

I always used to be concerned about my kid's pickup and drop from school but pikmykid had solved this problem of mine. I could check the status of my kid anytime. It's really very relieving and much needed.

There are numerous things to mention but the thing which I would like to mention here is the time management and avoids the stress for pick and drop of our kids from school.

PikMyKid allows each teacher to select their classroom and monitor the students that are being dismissed each day. It also allows parents to create dismissal changes with ease by simply typing in a number.

Like all programs, sometimes it can have a few glitches or parents/administrators can type in the wrong dismissal number for a child.

It allows for a quiet dismissal in the afternoons. The children are dismissed one a time, rather than a large group all at once.

The biggest upside to pikmykid is the fact that students no longer have to rely on being called for pickup over a loudspeaker system. The user error with this is high, and students often miss their name being called, resulting in a parking line being severely backed up. With pikmykid, the student names are projected on the board for all to see.

Having to print the car tags is time-consuming, and often parents do not have their car tag with them.

If you need an easy, convenient system for student pick up, this is IT.

The biggest problem pikmykid has solved, is students being able to not only clearly see on the board that their parent is there, but being able to see that their parent is on their way soon. Another huge benefit is being able to verify the parent with the car tag or use of the app.

Easy to use and easy to implement. Anyone can understand this!

There really isn't anything to dislike about this product. The only issue is teaching those not comfortable using mobile devices how to quickly adapt, but once you invest the time then they will be fine and able to use it with ease.

I like not having to go outside and stand up in the heat with 20+ students. I just project PikMyKid on my smart screen board in class, and the students are able to see their name pop up on the screen. They then grab their book bags, and leave.

Every now and then the site crashes or fails to update. It is a simple fix, I just have to refresh my screen. I also wish the layout of the website was a bit cleaner for non administrative users.

We have been having a rough time with dismissal due to the non traditional location of our school campus. We share a four story building with another company. Outside of our building, we don't have a traditional covered side walk like most schools do for drop off and dismissal. So during bad weather, we all got soaked. Thankfully due to PikMyKid, the students are kept safe and dry inside of the building, and are escorted outside one by one during dismissal.

This application is really easy to use. It is helping me to track who is picking up my siblings from school.

Sometimes the app is glitchy and unresponsive. Customer service needs improvement.

There are sure a few learning curve, it took me a while to figure out the application and I struggled a little bit with the initial setup. The app occasionally glitches, too.
