I like how simple Pigeonhole Live is to use. They do something simple very well. The interface is great and I like how the updates are live.

There is nothing I dislike about Pigeonhole.

I like the feel of the UI and how easy it is for an audience member new to Pigeonhole to navigate. The admin backend is also very clean. I contacted the Pigeonhole team to ask for support regarding the different pricing plans and they went out of their way to not only share more information but to provide helpful advice in the leadup to our event.

I wished we could add our company logo in the "Pro" plan. That was the only thing missing but it is quite a big price jump to the next tier "Business" plan considering that we are a relatively small startup that are more than happy to host less than 200 attendees to our events, but still want to be add some simple corporate branding.

Its solving the problem of how do we collect questions from our audience in a simple way as feedback, as well as how do we secure the audience's emails (via making a profile) so we can follow up with them outside of Pigeonhole after the event.

Pigeonhole is by far the best audience engagement tool I've used for corporate events. It has all the important and creative features needed for effective audience engagement on a single platform. I also noticed that it has been offering new features throughout the years.

Nothing I can think of. Maybe to create a more fun and colourful user interface to keep things interesting for both the administrators, moderators and the audience etc.

I have had trouble getting my IT team to push through integration tools with Pigeonhole and MS Teams. I wish there was more to improve the synergies.

Collection responses from those not comfortable with raising their hands and those not in the room (joining remotely). It also allows for collection questions ahead of the event seamlessly.

We didn't need all the fancy stuff that comes with other event platforms, just a simple Q&A that would integrate with our presentation, and this is perfect! Our attendees aren't very technilogically savvy and after 3 years of using Pigeonhole Live, we have had no complains or issues with them using it. I also love that they don't have to have a password to get in. That is a huge thing for us.

I wish it had more integrations - like Google Slides, but I think that is in the works...can't wait to see future updates!

It allows us to have control over the questions that come up and saves so much time during our live Q&As.

It is very user friendly platform , my attendee able to post question via QR code and it is easy for organizer to set up poiling / Q&A session for all my events . Account Manager , Mr Jordan Goh is very friendly and reponsive whenever i have any question about how to setting my event .

There is a range of methods that participants of our events/meetings can input their responses - of which we can tailor to enable responses are reflected and adddressed. The various panels are also rather useful, especially when we're having various screens such as the Moderator/Administrator/Projector/Audience Panels. Post-event, Pigeonhole is also very user firnedly such that responses can be downloaded easily for referencing/post-event work or follow ups. In terms of customer support, the team is also really responsive and helpful. Jordan went the extramile to recommend and suggest plans that would be suitable for another event (not of our usual mode) that we were hosting.

There really isn't much to dislike about Pigeonhole. The Panels for moderator and admin may sound a little cofngusing upon first use, but there's one-liners to describe which panel the perspective is meant for.

In our case, Pigeonhole is useful for large-scale events whereby garnering audience response is more challenging - i.e., too large of a group for everyone to be heard, letting participants have the social security to post their repsonses, etc. Having utilisd the one day event plans, Pigeonhole's user-friendly interface has enabled us to hear what our participants have to say.

Pigeonhole Live is a game-changer when it comes to fostering real-time participation and interaction in both public conferences and all sorts of events, especially corporate.

One of the standout features of Pigeonhole Live is its interactive Q&A platform. By doing so, to ensures a broader range of questions from the audiences are captured and addressed.

Up till now, I am fully satisfied with the features and functions offered by Pigeonhole Live.

The feature set is great, and comparable with other platforms on the market. It's easy to use and integrates well into other platforms. The support from the team is timely and well skilled. I highly recommend this platform for use on an enterprise level as well as your smaller events.

The team event went as far as to develop an integation with IBM (our streaming platform). This was completely above and beyond and we love the team for doing it!

Not a lot to dislike. Honestly. I would love to see more options for customisation and whitelabelling of a URL (projector panel etc) but that's picking a little things. This is a great platform.

The bridge betweeen in-venue and online attendees interactive with an event.

The multiple functions and customisations available to 1) ease the flow of conversations 2) create a safe space for sensitive topics. Customer service is top-notch as well.

Our organisation utitlised Pigeonhole Live for multiple live events over the course of four years. We didn't experience many hiccups because the team was always efficient in helping us solve our issues, or finding alternative solutions.
