What do you like best about HubSpot Operations Hub?

The HubSpot CRM is awesome compared to other platforms that I have tried before, The platform design is simple and easy to navigate. And they have the HubSpot Academy, where you can learn how everything is done with ease. New members can learn themselves while the company focuses on moving other projects forward. Plus, you have access to all analytics in one place, and everyone can see how the company is doing thus this helps in quick decision-making and reduces the time for unnecessary meetings. Be it the sales, service, web SEO, marketing, or employees, you can see and understand how everything is going in your company. You can easily determine what is/isn't working and what needs improvements to move your business forward.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Operations Hub?

Let me refer to the whole HubSpot CRM, I do not like the way phone numbers and payment solutions are only available in the US. This limits users from other countries, especially in Africa. I wish that in the next HubSpot improvements, they can think about expanding all features to all countries without any geographical limits.

HubSpot helps you connect to your customers with ease, saves time, helps in decision-making, and gives you access to your analytics data in one place (no need to switch browser tabs). We have not found a downside when using HubSpot for our operations hub. We have found all features to be what we are looking for.

What do you like best about HubSpot Operations Hub?

We mainly use it for cleaning our CRM database, which is very important as our CRM grows. Our CRM is approaching 100,000 contacts with a big focus on prospective leads, so it's important for our ongoing sales operations that we're able to clean up contacts and only surface marketing-qualified leads to our sales team. This would fall under their Data Quality Automation feature.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Operations Hub?

Probably only that it adds substantial cost to the Hubspot subscription, at $720/month. It's worth it if you are a larger operation dealing with larger data pools. And, this is just the way SAAS is going, pulling out different features into paid tiers.
