The ability to book directly from google maps and to start charging for appointments!

It is crazy how many free features Picktime gives you. I also like how I can manage multiple accounts for my staff. Nothing else out there gives you all these features for free.

If I had to pick, I'd say the learning curve is a little more difficult, but once mastered it's pretty easy.

More customizations on the widget would be great, but not necessary.

If you really want 100% free, choose Picktime.

I love this platform because it makes my life extremely easy with online appointment scheduling, including payments, invoicing, management, etc. You can pick a room with equipment, and it allows you to schedule meetings, interviews with a click of a button.

Just like any other platform, you need to take the time to learn the ins and outs of the platform.

Sync all of your calendars so you have everything in one place. If you have more than one business this platform will help you keep track of each one.

There is a huge advantage to scheduling your appointment and interviews online and it is free.

I love that it allows you to schedule things by category; Services, Classes or Resources. It also allows you to list more than one of each, so your client can see all that you offer. Either way, for lead generation, it's very easy to integrate into your website as an Appointment button and you can even determine what infor is *required for them to submit their request.

Another cool feature is tha tyou can add multiple Reps / Employees to be selected for the appointment AND you can toggle this feature off so the customer doesn't have to select anyone, they just go straight to choosing their service for booking.

The time slots / available appointments were a little confusing. It goes based of the duration time you set for your services as well as the schedule for your selected rep. To get certain time slots to appear, I had to set the reps hours to a later time and then it was refelcted on the scheduling calendar.

It will serve as a less "in your face" lead generating tool on our website. We know that pop-ups and chat boxes can become a bit annoying so we're hoping this is a more welcoming feature.

Picktime is an application that goes very well at the organizational level, has some very useful tools for the user to feel comfortable within it, its platform is high performance so it is always available, in addition to being able to get a free trial version and go testing all the functions of this wonderful program, allows you to see the locations where the appointments or events of users will be.

I loved Picktime, it is a pleasure for us to have a good software that keeps us abreast of all pending appointments with partners of the company or with customers, there is not one thing that I dislike about this program, it is very useful.

We sincerely think that Picktime is the application for companies to get ahead, because you maintain a large margin of organization, especially important to have a great communication with your customers, with this application you can do it because it offers many advantages for those who implement it, I recommend closed eyes, it is worth 100%.
