Pickle made it easy for me to have effective demo calls by reviewing my discovery quickly and creating notes/game plans. With zoom, it took up a lot of my time going back and forth reviewing the audio transcript and the video recording, but with Pickle, I can do it all in one place.

There are tedious bugs every once in a while, but the Pickle team jumps on them quickly and fixes the issues promptly.

Records all my calls and provides a clear transcript afterward. I can easily mark up little nuggets that I might have missed on my discovery/demo.

The ease of use and the simplicity of the platform. I have used others like it, but they tend to overcomplicate things. Not Pickle. Well done!

Had one hiccup with recordings but the support and attention to solving the concern outweighed the issue.

Having a recording of a meeting is significant in sales for obvious reasons. I think the transcribing function is better than others I have used as well.

I like to share the link to customers so they can review the call later with peers who weren't able to attend.

There's nothing I dislike about Pickle; it's a great product.

We don't have a large staff and we are wearing many hats on every call. Sometimes we miss details of what folks are saying, and with Pickle, we easily solve that issue.

The transcription is spot on. The video quality is great as well. The text and video is available within mins.

The ability for the software to identify who the speaker is based on attendance would help.

I love the timestamps that allow you to review specific parts of a conversation without having to search through the whole thing.

It is only available with Zoom right now--the company I work for uses Google Meet quite a bit.

I am a recruiter, and Pickle is allowing me to better capture what candidates tell me so I can relay information more accurately to our clients, and therefore build stronger relationships.

I love the snapshot feature that allows me to clip parts of a given meeting to then send to a prospect. I also find that it does a fantastic job transcribing the meeting.

I have no 'dislikes' per say. I do find that it could do a better job of summarizing meetings as the summary is often incomplete. Otherwise, I can't wait to see what new features they release!

I use pickle almost daily to review meetings Ive had and to supplement my notes. It is also a very important tool for improving my craft. I like that I can see how many questions I'm asking and what they are, what percentage of the time I am talking and more!

Records all my zoom calls, which helps me become a better salesperson. When I can review my calls no way I can't get better. I have never used any other app pickle states the bar is very high

I know I should be able to pull a notes section while I'm on a zoom call, but it doesn't work for me; it could just be my computer. If not, I wish that would work

The first problem it solves has the opportunity to record my call so I can go back and use it to teach myself what I've missed or what I can fix for my next call. It's simple to say this is a significant benefit.

I love that Pickle auto records and that I can extract video segments to distribute to other team members. Isolating certain parts of a conversation helps cut through the extraneous details and relay the correct information to the right team member. The transcripts save time by making conversations searchable, and the timestamped notes help me quickly catch up on where I left off. Overall, Pickle helps track key decisions and organize the many, many details involved in implementation and data and feature testing.

There is an Outlook integration, but one is unavailable in my tier. I hope to upgrade and take full advantage of all the features soon!

Pickle has been helpful in tracking details for the cutover phase of our implementations, in recording key decisions and client requests for documentation purposes, and tracking information that has been helpful in contract negotiations. With a day full of back to back meetings, I don't think that I would be able to keep everything straight without Pickle.

Has a great feature set compared to incumbent players in the call recording/analysis space. Plus the company is extremely nimble and responsive.

Still needs a few things that I consider baseline, but the Pickle team takes input and is constantly churning out new capabilities.

Provides after-action review and ongoing reference of sales calls, enables easy sharing of snippets with others. Also being used for sales training purposes.
