I love how we can edit all of our phrases and also create a back up in our computer.

I would love to have a section of several themes so we can customize the way the windows look and customize UI as well.

It helps us reduce our reaction time when replying to our customers and also we can personalize our data base.

There is no way to find a saved phrase if you forget the abbreviation. It's autocorrect features is not good and work not well

Since starting using PhraseExpander, a lot of the repetition in emails has completed gone away, and in a must faster manner than in the past (Outlook signatures, for example). There is a slight learning curve, of course, since you will preferably customize your own phrase library and remember the shortcuts, but with simple rules, the system should be created in no time.

You have to be careful with naming the shortcuts with letter successions, so that you wouldn t bump into them that easily - that can be very inconvenient, espcially when you have the "fire" option selected.

Improving speed in typing/ emails on a day to day basis.

It really saves me time when entering data of patients. it might take you a while to adapt to your specific needs, but once you invest on it, it quickly pays off.

The price. The Standard price is ok, but both the Professional and Medical are a bit pricey. But still it pays off

PhraseExpander provides a good alternative to the other auto-complete software, specially if you are ready to dedicate some initial time to customise it.
