Phrasee is a excellent AI tool which is help you in marketing strategy to increase the clicks on their business.its increase the customer engagement,and also I like the most it's delivering the consistently high performance and that doesn't down your own time .and phrasee implementation is also very easy .also their customers support is good so this is making good point for this.i use this once a day frequency time.his integration is easy.

This is AI tool and human sometimes afraid from AI because of their privacy but I hope so Phrasee take care of it.Phrasee has incredible features inside but sometimes it's been become slow.

It's incredibly easy to use - the UI is simple and easy to navigate, and results come in quickly and are easy to report on. I've used it for SL testing (up to 10 at a time) and SMS (up to 2 at a time) and have had great results in both. I've also used it in ESP's where there is a native integration and where the process is more manual - obviously the native integration they have with SFMC is great, but the results still speak for themselves, even if you have slightly more manual work to do with connecting Phrasee testing to your ESP.

The only challenge I've had is getting Phrasee off the ground at new companies because of the initial cost - it's a lot to bite off especially when budgets are tight, but they're a great parter and prove their value quickly.

Phrasee faces these days, new challenges with Chat GPT and others as such. The AI is here to stay which will make Wowcher to involve and be even better. One of the things I would advise is to add the option for us, users, to choose the kind of language we want use (more funny, less longer, etc..) and be less depended of the Phrasee algorithm. Besides that, I don't really have much to say about Phrasee.

Phrasee have been helping us achiving the best subject lines for different types of emails such our marketing campaigns (15% uplift) and transactional emails (37% uplift).

I like that I don't have to "think" to much about email subject lines. I can use Phrasee to help make small decisions for me.

Interface is a little clunky, but overall I'm happy.

It's quite easy to implement, we have integrated it with google ads.

Though it's use can realy help in marketing but still i feel it cost is a but expensive and also we require a team of content creator and provide them training for learning curve of AI.

Dislike about phrasee some AI tools is not understanding to the consumer so they have not understood exactly what is this so AI based give some incorrect info to consumers
