PROS: Phrase works smoothly—easy to configure and runs without any trouble. Besides a competitive pricing plan, its customer support is also amazing in bringing help whenever we encounter problems.

CONS: We’ve been using Phrase for several years, and the fact that we stick to this solution means we have a good experience using it. No issue at all!

PROS: PhraseApp is perfect for beginners. Its simplicity and intuitiveness are the things I like the most. I used the app without any trouble until now. It even makes collaboration with the team faster and working with the project easier with its helpful features.

CONS: I have a good experience using PhraseApp. I can’t tell any problem, but instead, I recommend it to someone who’s looking for a translation solution for his/her project.

PROS: PhraseApp allows seamless integration, and this capability lets everyone in the team view the advancement of their peer’s work. Its user interface is intuitive—and this means that it is easy to use and you can save an ample of time learning it. Automated translation is also amazing.

CONS: I can’t say that I don’t like it, but there its context menu is the one I don’t use too often. This is the reason why I haven’t appreciated its functions much, but I am hoping to make it useful in the future.

PROS: I like how this tool compares favorably when compared to other similar desktop software that is more traditional and expensive. It is really efficient, and it takes me a maximum of four hours to have it up and running. I really appreciate how reliable it is. I haven't experienced downtimes, vendor lock-in, or data silos. The interface is sleek and clean and I don't need to worry about being overloaded with information. I can also choose between Linux, Windows, and OS X when choosing an offline client. Finally, their customer support team is really competent, friendly, and has the answer for you very quickly.

CONS: I am a little confused with the 10 editions of this tool that are around. I also would like for them to provide support for WordPress as well as other content management systems.

PROS: I like that we can efficiently organize different language-based apps and share the translated works to different people across different countries. Phase provides high-quality translations that our final users can take advantage of.

CONS: Not actually a big deal, but if given a chance I would suggest them to enhance the translator UX. We all know that the translator is automated, so I think it would be better if its interface is more user-friendly to help users start utilizing it faster and shorten the span of learning it.

PROS: What I like about this tool is how it has made my work so much simpler. It does this by giving me the option to upload a document of any type as well as my own translation memories. I can even export these memories and use them in future projects, making the work move much more quickly. I can also opt to give these memories to my clients. This tool is something I would definitely recommend to any translator, especially one working with a small budget and who need some help handling a large volume of work.

CONS: This tool could be more intuitive. While they have a lot of options, they aren't easy to find and I had to look under numerous tabs before I could find them and get a handle on how to use them and the tool itself. I'd like to see that change in future versions.
