Navigating this is a breeze

PROS: If you're looking for software that is user-friendly and easy to navigate, this is the one. There are many features that I like, such as how it sends out client confirmation emails and text. I also appreciate that I can add birthdays, addresses, and other information to a client's profile. Another thing that I appreciate is how it can connect to social media and how it allows clients to post their reviews of our service.

CONS: Lagging is something we've encountered a few times. I also think that their customer support team can still be improved because it often takes them some time before they can resolve issues you raise to them.

Helpful especially with reports

PROS: Being able to stay on top of everything is the thing that I love the most about this software. Their section on reports keeps me up to date with what is happening in the salon, so I am always aware even if I am not physically there. I also appreciate the reviews feature of the software since it has driven up positive reviews for my business. We've received numerous good reviews on Google since we started using this, which is a big help in building a name for ourselves.

CONS: An improvement I'd like to see in the future is the ability to let my team members since their numbers, while at the same time hiding the numbers of other members from them. I believe in letting my workers seeing how much they are making, but the current version of this software requires me to give them access to everything and that is not something I am comfortable with.

This is what I’ve been looking for

PROS: I’ve been in the business for several years now and I have to say that there are a lot of bad booking systems out there. This is why I was very impressed with this software when I started using it because it addressed all the issues I had with the other systems I had been using. I literally couldn't ask for more when it comes to the features that it offers. I've had success after success with this software, even if making the transition to it was a little bumpy. To top it all off, I have encountered nothing but kindness, diligence, and in-depth knowledge from their customer support team whenever I approached them.

CONS: If there is anything that can be improved here, it is the overall experience with the app version. It could be more intuitive. When you compare it to the computer version, the app is much harder to operate.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I’ve been in the business for several years now and I have to say that there are a lot of bad booking systems out there. What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If there is anything that can be improved here, it is the overall experience with the app version. It could be more intuitive. When you compare it to the computer version, the app is much harder to operate.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There has been an overall improvement when it comes to accuracy in our business, whether it is regarding ordering, inventory management, or reporting. We've also improved our relationship with our customers, thanks to the ease and accuracy of tracking when it comes to the software's Rewards feature. Communicating with clients is now so much better with the text and email features of the software.

Both technology and service are outstanding

PROS: As a piece of technology, this is remarkable. I like the app and the feature that reconnects us with clients. The ease with which appointments can be set with this software is also something that I appreciate.

CONS: A simple improvement that they can make is to give us the ability to open multiple tabs since you can't do that in the current version of the software.

Really a tier above other similar programs

PROS: We were using different software before this one and I have to say there's a big advantage when using Phorest. With the previous software, none of our issues got resolved. We are happy with Phorest's customer support, we always get a prompt reply and effectively resolve the problem we may be having while using the software. I am also impressed with the marketing solutions it offers plus our clients are enjoying the convenience of booking online without any hassle. I love the detailed reports too.

CONS: One thing I'd like to see them add is a place where the client's card information can be stored. I am also not a big fan of the online booking fees and the fact that the fees I have to pay for it are international. Another thing they could add is birthday reminders because it is tedious to have to go to each person's profile just to find out when their birthday is. They could also improve the Pay aspect of this software. We had an instance where the software added a 20 percent tip on all the products bought by the customer. We've referred this concern to the customer support and I'm looking forward to the improvement.

"Stunning organization and easy to understand"
What do you like best?

I love how it’s more simple than my IPhone calendar. I can see all my appointments for the day and all my coworkers. I can simply add on any extras to custome the service and add time if I would like. Extremely easy to use and genius!

What do you dislike?

I wish I could color code if they are a new client or not.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Simple easy, and went live with literally no hiccups. Highly recommend. Even our notes tranfffered and our appts.

Everything we need is here

PROS: It is so easy to be impressed by this software because everything I have been looking for is here. First off, it is so user-friendly and easy to navigate. I am impressed at how they have integrated Google reviews and social media in their software, as well as how they have made booking online easy. The appointment reminders are also a nice touch and one I appreciate. Another thing that I appreciate is how easy it is to reach out to their customer support team. The team also works fast and resolves issues promptly. Another thing I was impressed by was how their training was both thorough and also digestible. I also appreciate how the made the program accessible to me. I can access it either on my phone or on my computer, allowing me to always be aware of my schedule. The app on the phone even allows me to book someone or cash them out and that is very impressive.

CONS: It's hard for me to dislike anything about this software since they work quickly on any changes you suggest so that the software always ends up working great for you.

What do you like best about Phorest Salon Software?

Its easy to use and navigate. I like that it send out client confirmation texts and emails, has a option to add more client information like address and birthdays. It is also connected to social media and clients post reviews through phorest.

What do you dislike about Phorest Salon Software?

I dont dislike anything about the program, the only thing that bothers me is that it lags sometimes and takes a while for their support to get in contact with you about issues.

Its a great salon software to consider, ive used a few other ones and this one seems to be the easiest and most beneficial to the salon
