I initially signed up help me make more calls, however it works like a full CRM where I can track, dispose and follow up on my calls. The support they offer is excellent, Derek helped me set everything up and was very extensive in explaining how everything works.

I was previously dialing leads manually, this helps me organize my leads and dial quicker

It is a simple system to use. i've tried a couple of other systems and there was always surprise fees.

So far it looks like a great product that allows be to perform the job

The ability to make a lot of outbound phone calls efficiently and the ability to track the calls I'm making. The system also allows me to disposition contacts and quickly move on to the next call.

I would consider PhoneBurner the premiere phone and power dialer, and the standard to which all other power dialers are compared to. To note: this is not a multiline dialer, and is not for telemarkeiting! However, if you make lots of calls to clients and referral partners to give updates, follow up on projects, and are constantly and consistanly making tons of calls everyday or week, then there is no better software or system for effecient singleline power dialing.

- The system is fluid and not buggy or glitchy

- The layout is cohesive and smooth

- There are lots of options when it comes to setting the program up how you need or prefer it for your system or processes and company

- Customer Service has been amazing: quick, highlevel of communication, and professional

The best thing for me is the fact that they are:

1. Month-to-month,

2. NO Contracts,

3. NO set up costs or fees,

AND all of this is available for a single user!

Most other compaines require at least two of those items for a single user, and some for even multiple users.

The downsides aren't many, and are not uniquie to any other platform:

- Set up time - PhoneBurner is easy to use and simple to set up, but it takes time. That being said, you can set it up quickly, but to get the most effeciency and streamlined use out of it, you have to put in some time to get it dialed in.

- Pricing - PhoneBurner is not cheap, but when comparing them across other platforms, they're on par with the cost of their competitors within this legue of quality. Although the monthly price is a bit high, the trade off is no contracts, setup costs, and minimum user requirements, which is fantastic.

- For the most part Integeration seems easy for native apps, but somewhat of a process for non-native apps

PhoneBurner is solving call reluctancy as well as calling and dialling efficiency.

Ease of use. The set up is folder driven and easy to understand

Would love to see a mass email option. That would reduce one more vendor I need to handle

Saves time and makes the dialing experierence more enjoyable

It connects to your CRM easily and the layout on the platform works seamlessly. Best phone system I've used by a landslide.

It does require the help of phoneburners dev team if you require tech help, unless you know what your doing.

PhoneBurner is solving all the in between time that I normally would have. It allows me to crank out my calls and give my attention towards other aspects of my job.

The searching of states and nurses as opposed to doctors or specialty.

faster process to calling candidates.

How straightforward it is to set up, automate, and go with.

I wish it integrated with my outlook calendar. It would be nice to be able to have appointments get set that way.

Getting in front of enough people.

Its an Awesome system to make calling easy, i dont have to repeat myself over and over leaving voicemails , sends a follow up email for me so i dont spend my time writing dozens of emails. Making outbound calls is never fun, but PhoneBurner makes it easier and more effective results in less time.

so far... i have no negatives with PhoneBUrner.

It is a great autodialer. The integration into Sales Force makes it SUPER easy to use.

Sometimes it's dependant on the shortcomings of the CRM that it integrates to.

Phoneburner is an excellent tool, and their tech support for it is OUTSTANDING! the issue are few and far between, but when you DO have to call tech support, it's onshore, quick, and the tech's are smart and knowledgeable. It never sounds like a script.

Call volume. It makes calling SO easy. With the display functionality that it has of the parts of Sales Force, it makes it easy to see basic info on the company before calling, and it has accelerated the amount of dials I can make in a day

Phoneburner have an unparallel customer service

Needs to be more precise in term of the packages
