Phished has has proven to be both simple and effective, making it super easy for users to understand and deploy. Its intuitive interface means even those who aren't tech-savvy can navigate it with ease. The simulations are cleverly created and delivered, helping users quickly learn how to spot and tackle the trickiest threats. Their Customer success team are easily accessible but rarely needed. Overall, this is a must have in any security strategy.

Should consider alternative licence consumption methods for MSP's

Has helped with my understanding of the different methods of of attacks where urgency and familiarity are often used. Where it relates to sensitive information, my daily behaviours have changed when interacting online or in person.

That phished can be set to auto where it helps with relevant phishing simulations and also regular bit sized trainings which can take a large chunk of a security manager schedule. Also it seamless integration with Microsoft or Google without having to edit Exchange settings like in most platforms out there.

Phished is really great and i really don't dislike anything about it except for suggesting room for improvement but i would love for it to be able to specify topics which you want the auto phishing simulation/training be made on.
